The holiday village consists of eight holiday homes, each comprising 2 apartments, all individually designed and furnished to reflect their own unique character. Please note that all houses and apartments are individually designed and furnished, and the photographs shown are typical examples only. Guests benefit from a reliable Internet WiFi connection, allowing them to stay connected throughout their stay, while the generous yard and surrounding green spaces provide ample room to relax and enjoy the fresh country air. Within the complex, a reception area is available to assist guests, and a central heating system ensures comfort throughout the seasons. A washing machine is available for use at an extra charge. The property is a two-family house combining 2 independent apartments, referenced as DE5543.100.1 and DE5543.100.2, with access to the upper floor, which features a wooden construction, via an external staircase. There is no internal connecting door between the floors, and the 2 units function as separated properties with no internal connecting door between them.

On the ground floor, you will find a living and dining room of 20 m2 equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, with a direct exit to the small terrace of 6 m2. This level also includes 1 bedroom of 9 m2 furnished with 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, as well as a kitchenette fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor offers a generous living and dining room of 40 m2 featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a flat screen satellite TV, with a direct exit to the balcony of 7 m2.
