Me and my friends had a lovely weekend in this gorgeous apartment.
It is nestled in the most beautiful valley and has everything you need to be able to enjoy yourself completely
Had a fabulous time
We loved the property as soon as we walked in. Spacious, comfortable, clean - had everything we could have needed. Close to local pub and towns with great dining options. Only regret - we didn’t have more time!
It’s a huge old mill building but nestled at the end of a beautiful valley, next to the river Wye. Really beautiful location, we had some challenging weather but had appropriate clothing so all good. Really nice walks around the Mill, and some great pub grub!!
Stunning location and beautiful home. The apartment was very well equipped, comfortable and warm. Two lovely sized bedrooms, one smaller double, but with adequate space. All three rooms have en-suites which is great, with an amazing spacious kitchen/ family room. Thought parking for two cars might be an issue, but we always found spaces. The location is perfect for some great walks. It is about 20 minutes drive from the local shops, the pub is closer, within walking distance if you want to go there. We loved the location and the stunning apartment. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when we are back in the area.
Living area was very large and well fitted out the smallest bedroom was small and the shower’s were quite small as well, you wouldn’t of wanted to be a fat boy but if you only staying for a few days you can cope.
Great apartment in an interesting building .Ideal location for scenic walks to suit all enthusiasts .The apartment was well equipped and catered to our needs.
Home cooking at the local Anglers Rest pub is to be highly recommended .
Overall a great place to stay , a hidden gem .2 night was not enough time .
Thanks
Stephen
Lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful setting. Very helpful information given about local walks, we went up into the hills and then down to the viaduct and tunnel at Monsal Head and then walked back along the river Wye to the pub, Angler's Rest. So many inviting paths along the way but not enough time to follow them all. We would definitely like to return to the apartment and area to explore more.
We had a lovely relaxing time time at Litton Mill. The apartment is spacious and well stocked. We cooked many meals and found everything we needed.
The location is excellent for walking.
We experienced nearly every weather condition: rain, wind, sun, snow. The river was noisy due to the amount of rain so others do need to be aware of this.
We have booked again for next year if that's a guide for anyone.
