Located just two kilometers from the sea and the center, it is an ideal place to relax while having access to plenty of activities.
The interior of the house exudes warmth and coziness. The pellet stove in the living room creates a snug ambiance during colder days, while the large windows let in plenty of natural light, giving the house an always inviting appearance. The spacious sun terrace facing south invites you to enjoy the warm sunrays, while the enclosed garden provides a safe and playful environment for children and your loyal four-legged friend. Even on less sunny days, you won't miss the outdoor atmosphere; the veranda offers a cozy spot where you can sit comfortably sheltered.

You can park your car directly at the door. The house has two parking spaces. Upon entering, you step into the spacious and bright living room with large sofas, a delightful pellet stove, and a generous dining area with six chairs. In the spacious open kitchen, you will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer, and a Senseo coffee machine. From the living room, you access the three bedrooms. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed (140 x 200 cm), the middle bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190 cm), and the third bedroom includes a bunk bed with two mattresses (90 x 200 cm). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and bathroom cabinet. The house also has a veranda, allowing you to sit comfortably outside even in less favorable weather. The spacious garden includes a sun terrace, with plenty of quality garden furniture available for your use. Next to the house is a special space for bicycles. The house is gas-free and equipped with an elegant pellet stove and electric heating.
