The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare tasty dishes. The living room also features French doors leading to the garden, allowing you to step outside easily and enjoy the terrace and fresh air.

On the ground floor, you will also find the stylish bathroom. Here you can enjoy a refreshing walk-in shower, with the added convenience of a double sink. A perfect blend of modern design and functionality!

There is also enough space for a baby cot. The two other bedrooms each have two single beds (80 x 200 cm). One of the bedrooms includes a dresser and a clothes rack, while the other is also equipped with a clothes rack. A separate toilet with a small sink completes the amenities on this floor.

- Rental to companies/workmen at Noordzeepark is not permitted – in case of misuse, access will be denied without refund.

- If your travel party is not family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation.

- The house can only be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes.
