Surrounded by 2000 years of history this superb 5 star holiday property is on ground floor level within a superb grade 11 listed property. It is located within the city walls and has to be one of the most marvelous locations in York. The property has been completely re-designed and refurbished offering a beautiful, modern and welcoming 5 star interior, giving guests incredibly high standards of accommodation with two sumptuous bedrooms. ‘George street boutique apartments’ are just a few minutes’ walk from the city centre down walmgate and have every convenience to hand with shops, delis, restaurants, history and more close by. A completely stunning property and a stunning location.
The property is beautifully furnished throughout, offering excellent sleeping accommodation in two sumptuous bedrooms. The property can accommodate up to six guests extremely comfortably with the additional sofa bed, with lots of space.
Through the apartment’s entrance hall the property opens up into a stunning hallway with kitchen , bedrooms and living room all opening up off this.
There is a large designer corner sofa , chess set and board games for adults and children alike. There is also a Smart TV, wi-fi and a Blu-tooth sound system.
The fully equipped ,designer kitchen is separate from the living area and has a wonderful dining table that seats up to 6 guests and can be transformed into a snooker table !!. With granite work tops, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer-drier and more it offers guests everything they could need during their stay.
The main bedroom has large period windows and offers a luxuriously comfortable king sized bed that can be split into singles if required, wardrobe, and Smart TV. The second bedroom has a superbly comfortable double bed.
The pristine master bathroom has a fantastic walk in shower.


This really is a stunning, high class and superb holiday property offering guests one of the best locations to stay, and from which to explore the city.
These property's can be booked together for larger groups of up to 12 in total.

Perfect Stay!

Excellent, responsive, helpful. Perfect location and accommodation for what we needed. The house is amazingly well kitted out with Bluetooth speakers, phone chargers, coffee pods and even fresh milk! Would stay again

Absolutely Amazing.

We booked both apartments and had the interlinking door to open the property up to 1 large house and Wow. Absolutely amazing house, so clean and felt right at home straight away. Communication with the hosts and getting an early check in was great also. Already speaking to the group that I went down with for going back again soon! Highly recommend for anyone going to visit York, not far from the centre and easy to find. Would just like to say thank you very much. All of us had a great weekend down in York and all of them were blown away with the house. We were lucky with the weather and got to use the garden too. Also thank you for the earlier check in. You have made us all want to come back to York at some point soon again.

We booked both apartments as we were a large group. A lovely space to socialise with friends and the house was super clean and everything was provided that we needed for a great stay. The house really is fantastic and its even better than the photos. Great communication from the hosts and check in details were very easy to understand

Fantastic house

Stunning Apartment

This was a beautiful apartment tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Close to the city centre and lots of restaurants very close by. Highly recommend a visit to York and recommend this as a great place to stay

Wow Factor

This beautiful apartment has the WOW Factor from the moment you walk through the door. It’s a beautiful apartment and a lot of thought has been put into every details. The snooker table that doubles up as a table was a fabulous treat because we could hang out at the house and enjoy a game together. The bed is extremely comfy and we loved that there is a choice of pillows from soft to firm. The shower has excellent pressure and it is a drencher shower which was lovely. The sofa in the living room is possibly the comfiest sofa ever. Everything was about 10-15 minutes walk away which was ideal for us. The road is very quiet so we weren’t disturbed in the mornings and we got parked fairly easily outside the apartment. The hosts were very quick to respond to messages and very friendly. We hope to return again soon, it was a real treat x

Great stay at York Boutique apartment

Great stay at York Boutique apartment. We were a party of 10 and fitted comfortably with room to spare. It's in a great location, walking distance in and out of the city centre but in a quiet area so had a great nights sleep! The apartment was immaculate, with a lovely kitchen area for hosting and spotlessly bedrooms and bathrooms! Would highly recommend a stay and would definitely visit again!

Fantastic Stay!

We had a fantastic time at this property. We had booked both apartments, which worked perfectly for our hen group. The place was spotless, and really well equipped. town centre with parking

a very central flat with parking on your door step. It was simply stunning and for the price an absolute bargain! We have already booked for the summer, This is exactly the type of place I would expect from such a beautiful city!! We had a great time and all thoroughly enjoyed the pool table in the dining table!!

we were absolutely blown away by this stunning apartment, the décor was just amazing! Everything felt so luxurious and the pool table was a very welcome addition to our stay. The hosts were fab and very helpful. the parking is a bonus with it been so central, literally everything you could want from your visit to York.

This listing is really wonderful. Its close to everything you would want to see in York and easy to locate. We would definitely recommend it. The entry is a bit complicated which means it is very secure (definitely a good thing for people with computers etc) but there were codes and locks that took us a while to figure out. All good though... go and enjoy!

Beautiful

Unreal stay so beautiful Within walking distance to the centre and other attractions. A real luxury accommodation. Everything you needed was there. Even fresh flowers in the accommodation. It was lovely. The staff at York boutique listing were amazing when I had a question Don’t hesitate get it booked x

Excellent stay
