Front porch rockers allow view of park and Ski Beach ramp at Lake Harris. Enjoy wildlife and walking distance to waterfront & Roger's Park playground.

A long driveway can accommodate two boats/trailers and there is an electrical outlet nearby.

Scenic area home to many walkers, joggers, bicycle riders and golf carts. This is a charming, older neighborhood where housing is coveted and enjoyed by many local residents. It is located on a direct street to downtown Leesburg, where you will find restaurants and entertainment. The park across from the house is a favorite place to fish, feed the ducks or enjoy a children's playground with splash pad. There is a boat ramp and places to grill your dinner lakeside. Bird watchers and nature lovers enjoy the wildlife. Sandhill cranes may feed in the front yard.

Use this home as your base for all central Florida attractions and beaches. It is located in the geographic middle of Florida. Located in quaint area near downtown, this 2 bedroom also has a sun room with a trundle bed which accommodates two more in beds. Porch overlooks Venetian Gardens and the lagoon to Lake Harris, famed for bass fishing.

A new kitchen and remodeled bathrooms update a fine older home with all the charm of easy living. This classic and desirable neighborhood has sidewalks and scenic view of Venetian Gardens. This home has original refinished hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator), white shaker cabinets and granite counter tops. The eat-in area has a small dining table and separate dining room seats 6.
You have an awesome view of sunrises and are walking distance to weigh-ins for fishing tournaments. In fact, you can fish on the bridges in Venetian Gardens yourself, or just watch other anglers have all the fun.

Palmora Park is a golf cart community and rentals are available for a weekend or a month. Pathways to downtown Leesburg offer access to restaurants and shopping while staying in the area. There are many festivals and events in downtown Leesburg every year.

Rates are for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.. Home may accommodate up to six persons, as there is a trundle bed in sunroom/office. For each person over four, the nightly bookings (not monthly) incur extra guest fees: $30/night plus tax.

2025 winter months, Jan 3 - 30 rate is $3847 month plus 11% tax and $150 cleaning fee..

We were in Leesburg visiting my parents. We weren’t at the house very much but it served our needs perfectly. The only issue we had was with the TV. There were no instructions on using the TV. (We are not familiar with Dish).

The host was friendly but the home is an old building with old furniture. The front porch looked inviting however there was a "CAT" that "URINATED" on the cushions daily. On one occasion I was sitting inside the house and the "CAT" came up to the front door and "URINATED" directly on the door. The utility room roof leaked during a rain. we have been promised a refund for the time we had to move to another residence but so far we have not received any refund.Only stayed 9 days.

We are Leesburg natives and this home has been in or family forever. Other family members live nearby and we reside in a waterfront townhouse in an adjoining neighborhood called Palm Harbor. We are minutes away by golf cart if you should need anything. We also have a pontoon boat and when possible, enjoy taking our guests for a short excursion across Lake Harris to view Helena Run, a wilderness waterway.

Why they chose this property

This home is a cozy place to stay while away from home. Located in the geographic center of Florida, the coast is 60 miles away, and the attractions in Orlando, including Walt Disney world, are about an hour traveling on the turnpike. Orlando International airport is an easy drive of an hour as well.

If you enjoy the outdoors and wildlife, you'll love sitting on the front porch to view the water birds and other critters. Fishing spots in Venetian Gardens on the Harris Chain are within view of the porch and provide entertainment for your guests as well.
