Appartement Sandrino: Zonnig appartement met een open haard en directe toegang tot de skihellingen, balkon, kelder en garage.

Dit volledig gerenoveerde appartement met twee kamers (43m2) heeft een prachtige zonnige ligging en combineert het plezier van een schitterend uitzicht op de bergen met de charme van een ruime woonkamer met eethoek, allemaal op een toplocatie om te skiën. De woonkamer leidt naar een eigen balkon met tafels en stoelen. Zeer goed uitgerust en compleet nieuw door volledige renovatie in juni 2020 . Hal, keuken, woonkamer met twee persoons sofa bed, 1 slaapkamer met twee persoonsbed (1.60 mt bij 2.00 mt), 1 slaapkamer met stevig stapelbed voor volwassenen en kinderen (2x 90 centimeter bij 2.00 mt) wifi, stereo, bluetooth sonos box, TV, Nespresso, badkamer met wc en bidet, wastafel en douche met twee douchekoppen. Mooi balkon op het zuiden toegankelijk vanuit de woonkamer, dubbele openslaande deuren. Fantastisch uitzicht. Ski-in Ski-Out 100m off piste. Restaurants om de hoek en op 200 mt afstand. Centrum Cervinia en cabinelift op loopafstand 400 mt.

WINTER: Piste naast de deur. 350km skipiste. Kinderpiste en babylift op loopafstand. Grote winterspeelplaats voor kinderen op loopafstand. Matterhorn (Cervino). Langste afdeling in Europa (22km) van 3.883mt naar 1.540mt. 's Winters skigebied geopend van 1 november tot 2 mei. Laatste weekend van oktober ook geopend. Uitgebreid langlaufgebied.

ZOMER: In de zomer uitgebreide wandelmogelijkheden, bergbeklimmen, mountain biken, hiking, tennis, snowboard camp, golf, golfbaan op loopafstand, paragliding, kinderspeeltuin, springkussens. Zomerski mogelijk. Liften zomers in juli en augustus iedere dag open van 7.30 tot 2.30 pm.

Linnen, beddegoed, handdoeken te huur voor 20 EUR p.p. per week. Ter plaatse afrekenen. Niet in prijs ingebrepen. Dekens, kinderbed, kinderstoel aanwezig.

20% korting op skihuur bij Cervinia 2001 in de dorpstraat op loopafstand. Geef aan dat je bij Martino e Bassi zit.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in toller Berglage

Die Wohnung liegt im oberen Ortsteil von Cervinia. Man hat eine tolle Sicht auf die umliegenden Berge. Wanderweg direkt vor der Haustür, nah zu den Bergbahnen und in das Ortszentrum. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Sehr nette Kommunikation zum Vermieter. Würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
