Luxurious 2 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking beautiful main pool and sea view. Lovely clean complex with on site tapas bar and restaurant. 3 pools, 2 of which are heated October to March. Complex is on Playa Bastián beach so only a few minutes walk from apartment to beach. 10 minute walk to the main square in Costa Teguise where lovely restaurants, bars and shops are. Main bedroom has double bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. 1 bathroom with toilet, bath and shower facilities and 2nd bathroom with toilet and shower. Washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, kettle, filtered water tap in kitchen, wireless Internet WiFi in apartment and at tapas bar on complex. TV in living room and main bedroom with English channels/Firestick for streaming.

Wonderful apartment!

We've stayed here many times and this was one best apartments we've had, it has everything you could possibly need, home from home. Good space, ideal for a comfortable relaxing break, great location near the beach, little supermarket across the road as well as a fabulous cake shop nearby, what more could you ask for. Will be booking again!

Lovely Apartment

We love Playa Bastian - the pool area is beautiful and clean. Walking distance from everything you need too. The apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a week away with the family. We arrived to a welcome basket of goodies which was a lovely touch. We will stay again.

Loved the location of property very clean and had everything you needed only negative could not use second bedroom as not made up only 2 of us but always pay extra for 2 bedrooms in to sleep separate if need be which as I got a cold would have used so would not book again

Home from Home

Second time staying at this apartment, still a great place to stay. Everything you need for a great holiday is in this apartment. The pool area is spotless with a great little bar. Supermarket just across the road. Sue is a great host and answers any questions you have promptly. Would highly recommend.

Home From Home

Had a fantastic stay in this lovely apartment, everything was there that we needed, a lot of thought has been put into it. Comfortable, clean and in a great location. Pool area really nice with a bar that opens in the afternoon. Just a 5 minute walk into the centre where most bars and restaurants are and a Dino supermarket across the road. The owner Sue was really helpful with any questions we had and always answered straight away. Would totally recommend this apartment and wouldn't hesitate in booking again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the owner was very attentive. The apartment was very clean and modern, had everything we needed. The pool was cleaned every day and not a spot of rubbish around. Bus stop was right outside the apartment with regular buses into Costa teguise and Arrecife. Supermarket right across the toad next to a lovely bakery! Couldn’t fault it at all!!!

Great apartment in a perfect location

Lovely apartment with everything we needed during our stay. The location is perfect. A well stocked supermarket across the road. A bus stop next to the apartment complex. The sea is less than a 2 minute walk away and the centre of Costa Teguise is less than ten minutes walk away. There is a good selection of restaurants next to apartment too. The host was responsive to any questions whilst we were there. The pool area is large with a lovely pool and was never over crowded during our stay in early July. We would definitely recommend both Costa Teguise and the apartment.

Just had 2 weeks in Susan’s apartment.Real home from home.Bottle of wine and milk on arrival .Everything you need is supplied,iron ,2 hairdryers,hand gel in bathrooms,some cleaning supplies also,change of bedding and towels after first week.Comfy beds and sofas.Loved the view from balcony,gets full sun in afternoon.Is a walk into centre but we liked this ,works off all the lovely meals we had in CT.Supermarket and bus stop across road.Large pool isn’t heated ,our daughter who has a learning disability wouldn’t go in it so we used the one at Los Amigos which is heated,lovely food there .Brendans pool bar is busy every afternoon ,closes around 6.Third time in CT,best apartment we have had,very spacious .Liked the key safe,meant you can go out separately and key is there.Have booked again for next year.Any queries were answered quickly by Susan. too.

Lovely apartment

We had a lovely chilled out holiday in Sue's apartment. The apartment is on a really nice complex overlooking 2 pools fab to sit on the balcony with a cuppa enjoying the view. The interior of the apartment is tastefully decorated, very clean & has all you need/want for a holiday it's truly a home from home with WiFi, washing machine, filters water etc. The complex is centrally located close to supermarket, bars, restaurants, bus stops, buses take you to the weekly market in Costa Tequise, Puerto del Carmen etc. We had lovely meals in Hammys, Wok & fab breakfasts in The Welcome, Damien's is a lovely coffee shop that sells cakes & sandwiches, all are less than a 5 min walk from apartment. The beach is a very short walk away & very easy access, you can walk into town along the prom takes about 15 mins, where there a numerous shops, bars & restaurants. You don't need a car while staying at Sue's apartment but if you did hire one there's parking. Would highly recommend this apartment for its location, cleanliness & like I mentioned earlier it's "home from home". I would definitely stay here again & Sue the host is very helpful.

Great appartment with everything you need

The appartment was great it had all you needed and was finished to a high specification - would recommend this and would stay again. The living room and kitchen has high gloss and glass finishes so if you have younger children this may not be the place for you.

Beautiful homely flat

Well furnished, homely, clean and comfortable flat. Good sized bedrooms with ample hanging space and drawers. Kitchen is big with all the amenities you could want and plenty of crockery and glassware. We only made simple things, but there was enough to make big meals. Quiet complex and lovely grounds in a good location with nice restaurants very close. Two good bathrooms with the only minor niggle was that the water in the shower room didn't run particularly hot, but the bathroom was sufficient for our needs.

Hi my name is Sue! I grew up in the Greater Manchester area and have lived in Warrington for the last 40 years give or take! I visit my property in Costa Teguise regularly. I have 2 boys, Michael and David, who are in their 30s and 4 lovely Grandkids between 17 and 2 years of age! I am recently retired from my life long employment as a Care Worker. I fell in love with my apartment and the complex in Costa Teguise and can't wait to start renting it out for others to enjoy! I have put my all into making it a lovely place to stay and would love to hear back from anyone who stays there. I am very approachable and am happy to be contacted during your stay if you need anything or advice about the area. X

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I fell in love with the complex and the apartment the minute I stepped into it, it just felt right. The complex is lovely, clean and so relaxing. There is a lovely tapas bar called Las Amigos overlooking one of the pools and a restaurant on site. There is a shop across the road selling pretty much anything you might need and there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. The main square containing some fantastic restaurants and bars is just down the road about a 10 minute walk or minutes in a taxi. There is an outdoor market on certain days in the square also. The complex itself is beautiful and it's on the seafront with a small beach. There is a lovely promenade that is nice for a walk that passes the complex and leads up to a nice bar/restaurant built on top of the rocks overlooking the sea where you can get a coffee or a cold beer and just enjoy the view. It's about 15 minutes from the airport and around 35 minutes from Playa Blanca which is a lovely white sandy beach! Puerto Del Carmen is only 20 minutes drive also if you enjoy a livelier night out!

The balcony has a sea view and everything you could want to feel right at home is within walking distance. The complex itself is private apartments/villas with many long term renters or residents so there is a nice community on site that are very helpful and welcoming. The weather is lovely pretty much all year round in Lanzarote so it doesn't matter when you go!
