Martins Roost, a cosy family bungalow situated in a peaceful holiday village in the beautiful Tamar Valley. Wonderful scenic views from the property. Free Parking nearby. Centrally heated with Smart TV and Wifi. The bright airy lounge opens to the modern, fully fitted kitchen/diner with fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Three comfortable double bedrooms one with a king size bed. Towels and bed linen provided . Highchair and travel cot are available on request. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome free of charge , not to be left alone in the property or allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. Private patio with garden furniture and stunning views down the Tamar Valley. Shared indoor & outdoor pools and gym included in rental. Popular onsite pub serving good food. Small shop for essentials in reception area . Please note this is a holiday lodge, not to be used for work purposes.

A beautifully clean and well maintained bungalow with all the required facilities. Excellent communication with the owners. Amazing view down the river from the lounge and somewhere to sit outside and admire it from. Perfect place to roam from. Really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely cottage in the Tamar valley

We had such a lovely stay at this holiday home on a lovely site with indoor and outdoor pool, games room, gym, lovely pub restaurant and overall lovely atmosphere. The accommodation was excellent. So clean, comfortable and even better than we could have hoped.

Nice, clean house. Living room and kitchen rather small. Other rooms fine. Only access to gym (and indoor pool, I think) after annoying and circumstantial booking. No booking for youngsters under 18 but on door was written "No access under 16 years".

Very nice stay

We loved the house it Was small but very spacious and not too big and not too small. We would love to come back. Our dogs loved it too. It Was a very lovely experience and it Was hard to leave.

Martin's Roost Bungalow.

Fabulous bungalow with lovely views , close to the amenities on site . Lovely food at the pub . We enjoyed our stay here .

Fantastic stay and venue........Location Location Loction

This was a fantastic find and suited us very well. Remote but a quick drive to civilisation. Super Tesco Store in Callington and everything you needed to enjoy the stay. The Hoists were very accruate with their discription. I would come back again happily and would recommend to others. The staff at the complex were very friendly and happy to assist. I would recommend the Rifle Volunteers for a Meal out which is a mile walk or even quicker if you find the public walk way!

Ideal accommodation

We stayed here to attend a family celebration so unable to make full use of the facilities, however it was ideal for what we wanted, clean and comfortable.

A wonderful Christmas break

My family and I (4 adults) stayed at this property for the Christmas break. We had a wonderful time, the property was perfect for us and had everything that we could possibly need, very well equipped. The Christmas tree and welcome gifts were such a lovely surprise when we arrived. Due to Covid restrictions the onsite pub closed on Christmas Eve so we only managed to visit there once but it was very nice and welcoming. We swam in the indoor pool which was lovely. This home is perfect and in a great location, would definitely recommend. Many thanks.

We have been holidaying here for nearly 40 years , getting to know and love this unique area of Cornwall . Once retired it made sense to buy our own little piece of heaven for our children and grandchildren to enjoy with us. Looking forward to guests loving the place as much as we do.

Martins Roost is very comfortable, peaceful and relaxing. The views from the property of the Tamar Valley are spectacular on a sunny day. Perfect for couples and small families. Dog and child friendly. Please note that the property is on a hill hence why the view is spectacular!

Guests have full use of Martins Roost. The facilities at Honicombe Holiday Village are included in the rental and include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a modern gym and a family friendly pub serving good food.
