High Torver House is a large, detached property with its own grounds, in the hamlet of Torver, near Coniston. The property has four bedrooms; two super-king-size doubles, one with zip/link feature, a king-size annexe bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further king-size. The property also features a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, a cloakroom, utility, kitchen, dining room, sitting room with woodburning stove and an annexe snug with a woodburning stove. Outside there is an enclosed lawn garden and a patio with furniture, a barn with bike storage and parking for 3 cars, along with woodland and fields owned by the owner of the property.
