Il nostro noleggio condominio a tre camere da letto / due bagni Las Brisas è tra le unità più grandi disponibili nella Tampa-St. Zona della spiaggia di Pete-Clearwater. È facile da raggiungere dagli aeroporti della zona ed è a 30 minuti da Tampa International con Clearwater Beach a nord e St. Petersburg Beach a sud. Il condominio dispone di 2 posti auto coperti e riservati.

È una breve escursione a St. John's Pass, una destinazione popolare con molti ristoranti, charter di pesca, parapendio, noleggio di waverunner e una passerella vecchio stile fiancheggiata da negozi interessanti.

La spiaggia è famosa per la sua sabbia soffice di zucchero e per tutto l'anno vicino al clima perfetto. Numerose attrazioni si trovano nelle vicinanze, tra cui grande golf, Busch Gardens (30 minuti), Disney World (90 minuti), Tampa Aquarium, planetario, musei d'arte, teatro dal vivo e numerosi sport acquatici, noleggio e attività in pochi minuti. Per non parlare delle miglia di spiagge aperte e del Golfo del Messico ai tuoi piedi.

Las Brisas è un moderno condominio di 40 piani di cinque piani con parcheggio privato sotterraneo, facile accesso, servizio di ascensore, piscina riscaldata sulla spiaggia, aree lounge Tiki Hut con grigliate all'aperto e una favolosa spiaggia. Per riunioni di famiglia più grandi, abbiamo accesso a diverse unità in questo edificio.

We loved this place! The beach was only a few feet from the building and location was perfect. The condo was clean with everything we needed. Jim was so nice and helpful. Would definitely book this place again.

We love Las Brisas and this condo did not disappoint. The only minor complaint is the outdoor chairs were not conducive for elderly people.

The condo was beautifully decorated and well stocked. The smaller size of the building made the beach much less crowded and we were able to get to know our temporary neighbors. Dolphins went by all day and came very close to the shore. We even saw a few manatees. Overall, it was a wonderful stay! The sky even gifted us with a goodbye rainbow as we were packing to leave.

This was an absolutely beautiful updated condo. I stayed at Las Brisas before and was nice but this was exceptional. Like I said stay in many of these which are nice but this was hotel feel. Jim was a pleasure to speak to and answered any questions immediately. Only one thing , was bbq’s weren’t working facility should fix/replace. Jim, we will definitely be back next year! It was a blessing for our family, thank you

Family Beach Week

We chose this property due to proximity of the beach and to Johns Pass for shopping and restaurants. The property has been beautifully renovated. It was very clean and welcoming. We will be booking another stay in the very near future.

Condo was up to date, clean with a fully stocked kitchen. Awesome touch is having beach towels to use. Will stay again!

Girls Trip Perfection

This property is gorgeous inside and out. Right on the beach as described and just as comfortable and cozy as it looks in the pictures. All questions were answered very quickly and any information I needed was emailed to me before our trip started! I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Stay

Perfect stay. Was a great location - walking distance to beach town area and shopping/restaurants. Many options simply across the street. Clean beach and clean water. Clean condo on 3rd floor with wonderful views of the beach/ocean. Property manager/owner VERY responsive to needs and questions. Will definitely stay here again.

We were thoroughly impressed with this property - everything about it was as advertised in the pictures/description…clean, remodeled, and had everything we needed including the amazing sunsets from the balcony! Everything was great minus some unnecessary maintenance they scheduled during our stay. However, the owner did make it right with us for the inconvenience of having a window replaced at 9 am.

Great Spring Break in Madeira!

We had a great trip to this property for Spring Break. The condo itself is great, very spacious and easily held our group of 5. The views from the balcony are unbeatable! You are right on the beach! The location is good - right in the mix of Madeira Beach - walkable restaurants. There is significant hurricane damage to both the area and the property. The pool was out of service and I was disappointed that wasn't listed on the property information when we booked. It looks VERY close to being open, so hopefully not a problem much longer. Other parts of the complex are also a bit run down (paver patios out front, landscaping, etc) or just still recovering from the hurricane (hard to tell which), but overall great beach, views and condo!

Best vacation stay ever

We traveled to Madeira Beach for travel softball. Upon arrival we were so impressed with the size of the location. We had 7 people plus all our ball equipment. There was plenty of space and it was very clean. The beach of the property was the perfect size and never overcrowded. A few nights friends came over for a drink and to swim. They were all impressed with our condo. Our place was ranked the best out of all 12 places we had girls staying. We will definitely return.

302 Las Brisas Condo

The condo was beautifully situated on the beach, with two parking spots conveniently located beneath the deck. It was fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. Nearby restaurants and shopping made the trip perfect. The condo was stocked with hand soap, dish soap, and a starter supply of toilet paper. Bath towels and beach towels were also provided. Additionally, the unit featured a large washer and dryer. I especially loved that you could set up your own tent right in front of the condo. This is one condo we would rent again if we come back for vacation again.

Very, very nice condo

The unit looks to be recently remodeled. The view and location are perfect. As you know, not everything is going to be perfect. The bedding and beds, to me, were OK. If you like firm pillows, you are in luck. If not, consider bringing your own. The appliances, pots/pans have seen better days; however, it is understandable with the number of guests in and out in a year. If you use kitchen dish rags, bring them. Sponges are stocked. Also, only one dish towel, so consider bringing more especially for a longer stay. Was great having the full size washer/dryer in its own room. If the unit was available next year, we definitely would have booked it and probably for the next several years...we liked it that much. Great communication with hosts which is important. If you choose to stay in this condo, you will not be disappointed.

Absolutely STUNNING condo. Beyond exceeded our expectations and was exactly as described in the listing. The host was quick to respond - even after an accidental call, and even allowed us to check in a couple of hours early. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

Accidents happen!

It was a beautiful condo and well equipped. We accidently broke a bedroom lamp and contacted owner who allowed us to replace it. Went to nearby At Home and found two matching bedroom lamps. Easy fix!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo, stocked with everything you could possibly need. You could honestly just show up with your clothes and food and everything else is there. Extremely clean. No complaints at all. Will definitely stay here again.

We are a family from Dayton, Ohio that absolutely love Madeira Beach, so we recently purchased this condo for our family to vacation. Since we obviously can't use it every week, we are hoping that other families are able to use it and enjoy it as much as we do!

We chose Madeira Beach because of the beautiful white sand beaches and the close proximity of John's Pass where you can enjoy anything from walking the boardwalk and shopping to enjoying a nice meal to taking advantage of the many water sports and activities that John's Pass offers

You will enjoy outstanding views from the living room, kitchen, Master Bedroom and of course on the balcony that spans the width of the unit. While your staying be sure to stop by John's Pass, eat at some of the best seafood restaurants and take some time to enjoy some of the amusement parks that are within 1-2 hours away.
