Our condo just been been completely renovated with new flooring, new kitchen design, designer paint, new appliances and king mattress! You will absolutely love our new walk in shower with glass doors! It is one of only a few 'PLATINUM' rated units in the Crystal Sands complex. You will notice the difference the minute you open the front door. This 'IS NOT' your typical beach condo. No pink flamingos on lime green & yellow walls. You will find designer furnishings and brand new custom window treatments throughout our unit.

On your way down the hall you will notice 18' tile, crown molding and designer artwork in every room. The large living area features a matched over sized chair and sofa with a side chair and accent rug.

The kitchen features granite counters and a granite bar with custom bar stools. The fully stocked kitchen has a new dishwasher, refrigerator with ice and water through the door and a glass top range and matching microwave.

The master bedroom features a king size bed with designer bedspread, pillow shams, and accent pillows. There is a TV and DVD for your enjoyment!

The master bath has a designer counter top and a brand new custom tiled shower!

You will enjoy your first cup of coffee each morning on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming past. It is also a great location for the children to have lunch before heading back to the beach or pool.

You can't describe the view from this unit. The sugar white sand, emerald green water and activity on the water and the sun setting in the evening leaves one wishing they had more time to enjoy Crystal Sands.

Beginning March, 2018, the entire complex will be smoke free.

The condo itself was excellent! Very easy access to the beach and a beautiful view from the balcony! The building overall is a bit dated, but this condo far exceeded what one might expect from the outside of the building! The host was excellent in responding to us during our stay. Had a wonderful stay at this place. Location is perfect with shops and dining close by. We rented bikes and it was well worth the fees. Easy ride to many restaurants and shops. Plublix grocery is nearby, as are other shops.View from the unit is hard to top. Free beach setup with umbrella and two chairs made the beach time easy. Unit was vey clean and well set up for cooking. The instructions that the manager sent were very useful. Unit manage was easy to contact, and the instructions were very clear on exit and entry procedure.

Short spring break family getaway

Very nice property

One of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever encountered. Host was extremely responsive and helped us through one minor hiccup quickly during a holiday weekend. Beach was beautiful, chairs and umbrella included was a treat.
