This was an absolutely beautiful place to stay in Rincon. Steps from the beach, and walking distance to Little Malibu, where all the best restaurants in town were located. It was a clean, quiet neighborhood with lovely furnishings, comfortable beds, easy laundry access, wonderful outdoor dining, outdoor shower & super comfy hammock for spending an afternoon reading.

Incredible! Perfection location to stay in paradise! Just steps from the beautiful beach where we could walk to swim, snorkel and surf. The home had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. The hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend! Loved it!

Such a great spot for our family. Being steps off the beach and within walking distance of restaurants was such a treat for us. It was clean and everything we needed in our stay.

R House is the best

Perfect spot for family of four. Quiet, right on Steps beach with access to snorkeling and swimming. Close to town for shopping. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The house was nice. We had everything we wanted and needed. The bed was comfortable and the a/c kept us cool at night. Lots of places to eat and plenty of beaches and excursions to keep us busy. We also took time to just relax at the house on the porch swing or walk along the beach and watch the surfers. The house is well situated, right in the water. You could hear the ocean all day and night. Step right out the back yard onto the beach and walk a short distance to several local restaurants. The goat lives on the upper floors and is very quick to respond to anything you need. I would highly recommend this location!

Location! Location! Location.

This was my second stay at R House and it did not disappoint. The house backs up to a sweet little beach next to Steps beach. It’s perfect for lingering days and evenings enjoying the tide pools, snorkeling the reef and enjoying sunsets. The hosts have thoughtfully provided everything you need inside as well. Will definitely return!

'R" House is the best!

Everything about this property was fantastic! Exactly as advertised and perfect location. The host has done really thoughtful things throughout to make your stay so enjoyable such as beach chairs, cooler for use, snorkeling equipment, games and the best hammock perfect for napping! Highly recommend this property!

Great Location

What a wonderful time we had in Rincon. R House is perfectly situated... snorkeling, swimming, beaches, bars and surfing are all within a few short steps. After a long day in the sun, it was great to return to the house to lounge in the hammock or listen to the surf by candlelight on the terrace. This is a great place with fabulous property managers.

Our family loved our time at the R House! You can't get any closer to the water, just steps from the back yard. The location was really what sold us on choosing this spot. The shallow tidal pools were perfect for our youngest kid, while the older ones enjoyed snorkeling. Other places we explored around Rincon were just a short drive away. The house had everything our family of five needed to enjoy our stay. From the comfortable rooms, to all the beach amenities which made our stay more enjoyable. We'd definitely consider staying here again if we're ever in the area again.

Great Beachside Getaway!

We had a fabulous stay at the R-House. The unit was spacious and very well stocked with everything you need for the house and the beach. We loved the location on Steps Beach, where you are only a short walk from a coral reef for snorkeling (gear provided with the house!). And the house is a short walk or drive from a number of other beaches and food options. Very quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing visit in Rincón.

Leon has lived in Rincon for well over 20 years and has loved every minute of it. After moving from NYC to the beaches of Rincon, the view of palm trees never gets old. Life doesn't get any better than this. Being able to swim or surf everyday at Steps, Tres Palmas, or any of the beautiful surf spots, hear the coqui frogs singing at night with the waves crashing on the beach, watching the most spectacular sunset every night, and eating fresh fruit that falls off the trees in the neighborhood is amazing

On the rare occasion some of the biggest surfing waves in the world. Hawksbill turtles living on the reef in front of the house. Swimming with turtles. Watching whales breach from the deck.
