Esta es una gran propiedad para actividades acuáticas, relajación y diversión familiar.

Casa Melville es una residencia frente a la playa de 3,100 pies cuadrados con 3 dormitorios completos, 3 1/2 baños interiores, 1 baño al aire libre, ducha de entrada / salida a la playa, balcón envolvente y con vista al mar, balcón con vista a la calle, sala de estar en la planta superior, sala de estar en la planta baja sala, cocina totalmente equipada, mesa de comedor y bañera de hidromasaje en el dormitorio principal. Hay unidades de aire acondicionado en las áreas principales de la casa y en los dos dormitorios principales. Casa Melville duerme cómodamente 10 personas; sin embargo, se pueden acomodar más con aprobación previa. Las comodidades incluyen: equipo de snorkel, flotadores, equipo de pesca, hamacas al aire libre y parrilla de barbacoa de gas / carbón, lavadora / secadora, mesa de billar, mesa de ping pong, dardos, TV / cable en la sala de estar y dormitorio principal, acceso a Wifi.

Casa Melville se encuentra junto a la carretera principal (Carr. 102) que brinda acceso a centros comerciales, supermercados y restaurantes notables con vista a las hermosas aguas de Joyuda, Cabo Rojo. Esta residencia está a solo 45 minutos del aeropuerto Rafael Hernández (Aguadilla, BQN), y aproximadamente a 2,5 horas del aeropuerto internacional Luis Muñoz Marín (San Juan, SJU). El faro de Cabo Rojo está convenientemente ubicado a unos 15 minutos, y la bahía bioluminiscente de fama mundial en La Parguera está a menos de 20 minutos en coche.

The area and the beach are fantastic. Joyuda's restaurants are fantastic. The house was spacious and we really appreciated the air conditioning. We used the outdoor showers and kitchen every day. Even though there was no AC in the kids' bedroom, it was cool enough when we left the door open and used a fan to blow the cooled air in. One thing I was surprised about was the lack of supplies in the kitchen (no cutting board, no pantry essentials like salt/sugar, no cleaning spray, no foil, stuff like that).

Good times in PR

Had an enjoyable time on the West Coast of PR. Chose this location to be on the coast and midway North/South to explore different areas. It’s in a quiet part of the island. Beach narrow but nice and clean. Not a great beach for boggie boarding but had some fun swimming. Home was clean, spacious and well maintained. BBQ, pool table, TV’s were all nice. As noted in the listing, take care exiting the property as the lines of sight are very challenging. You may want a spotter as you exit the driveway. Ideas in the region:Parguera: Swim in bioluminescent bay. Yes please! Amazing Rincón: Fun town. Great beach and vibe. Good surfing for multiple levels. Buyé Beach: Not worth it. Enjoy Western PR!

Great ocean front beach house

The location was great and easy to locate. Also was semi centrally located on the west coast so it was easy to get to the Rincon area and the south west beaches and towns. The house was very comfortable and large with living room areas on both the main floor and second floor. Outdoors in the outdoor kitchen area and at the ocean was very peaceful and beautiful. Overall a great place and vacation experience.

Annual reunion

Very comfortable home. Beach was just fantastic clean and clear waters. The home had everything a party of 8 could ask for. Restaurants and groceries were 5 minutes away. Would definitely stay again. The host were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Thank you Julio for sharing your home.

Best Kept Secret on West Puerto Rico

The property listing does not do justice to the location. The house is perfectly situated in a slice of paradise. The beach access is 2nd to none, the beach is quiet, private and the water is perfect, no waves to worry about. Water is crystal clear. The house is spacious, comfortable and clean (a must for our group). The amenities available are excellent. Having a separate area for outside cooking and entertainment was perfect. Check in and check out were easy and the owner made himself available throughout our trip. We will be coming back on our next trip and highly recommend it. As stated, this is a hidden gem. Thanks Julio for your hospitality.

Amazing place to stay. There aren't many places where you can't rent such a nice beach house right on the ocean for this price. There was a nice kayak, pool table, and a street fighter game that our kids love playing with. And the beach itself is quite nice - not many waves and shallow for a ways out. The outside dining area was amazing for eating our lunches and breakfast. Good dining options a 5 minute drive away.

Amazing Beach

We had a lovely stay at Casa Melville. The beach was amazing. The outdoor eating/cooking area was perfect. The house has three bedrooms. The upstairs master is much nicer than the downstairs - the bunk room was perfect for kids. We had some island power issues during our stay, but Julio was very responsive. It didn't quite get resolved given the holiday week but then some things started more consistently working. The kids loved the beach and the video game system. The water was amazing for swimming.

Everything was wonderful! Julio was always available for questions and you just couldn’t beat the location from the house to the beach. It was literally steps away! The entrance to get in and out was a little scary, but definitely doable and wonderful to have parking. The house had a great ambiance and vibe with plenty of bathrooms. That was a huge plus for a family of 6. I will definitely be back. The flight ended up being canceled later in the day, so we had to stay another night. If I had known that morning, we would’ve stayed one more night. The sunsets were beautiful! Thank you again for opening your doors to us Julio😃😊😊.

Best place to stay in the west side of PR

I have stayed several times in this property...and are already planning to stay again soon. Don't look anymore. This is the best beach house in the west side of PR.

Outstanding Experience

This is a terrific property that is well-managed. It’s a wonderful beach house in a pretty town, with everything you need under one roof and food/entertainment walking distance or a short drive away. The private beach is magnificent- very calm and perfect for swimming. The house is great for couples and families. We will stay here again in a heartbeat.

Casa Melville is beautiful. I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise over the palm trees. The sunsets were breath taking. The location is great, quick drives to lots of activities. This was my first experience with Vrbo....will definitely use again.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Lovely vacation

Every vacation home takes some getting used to but once that’s done, I usually settle in and enjoy my stay. After getting my bearings and the supplies we needed, Casa Melville was a great get-away. Being right on the ocean made it absolutely delightful. Our grandkids spent most of their time swimming and playing on the beach! What a perfect place for little ones! Julio was great to work with. When he heard that the microwave wasn’t working, he immediately sent a brand new one ! He answered all of my queries promptly and with good recommendations and suggestions for doing a little sightseeing. This was our first visit to Puerto Rico but hopefully not our last!

Perfect location on the beach

We came for a family getaway with our young adult/college age kids. The property was awesome. Perfect Location on the beach. Two off my kids wanted water activities which were easily accessible in Rincon. The house was well appointed. We had everything we needed. The pool table was great, we had quite the tournament going on! The beach was perfect. We haven’t had this kind of relaxing beach trip in a long time! Thank you to our hosts. Truly a memorable family vacation!

Family vacation perfection

Casa Melville was a fantastic place for us to spend our Christmas and New Years week! The house was spacious with spectacular views and the beach was steps away. The outside space was ample and lovely, although it could use a bit more outside seating. Julio is a wonderful host- responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.
