Custom-built vacation home designed for relaxing, with your own private pool and multiple outdoor spaces that create a true tropical oasis for your group. Guests consistently love the privacy, lush landscaping, and the ability to spread out and enjoy time together while still being close to everything Rincón has to offer. All rooms have air-conditioning.

The private pool, tropical landscaping, covered balconies, and gazebo are guest favorites. One of the most talked-about features is the private outdoor shower in the back of the home, giving you a unique and refreshing experience in complete privacy after a day at the beach.

Located within easy walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bars, a dive shop, paddle boarding, and sunset and snorkeling cruises, you’ll have something for everyone just steps away. A quick 3-minute drive takes you to a well-stocked local grocery store, and just minutes away is the Rincón Lighthouse near Sandy Beach, known for its incredible views and sunsets.

Delightful stay. Great for two couples with plenty of privacy for all when needed. Pool and grounds are well maintained. The beach and town are a short walk away. Owner was very responsive. Definitely will stay again.

Spacious and fully equipped house with all your needs

The rooms are spacious, comfortable. Hot water in bathrooms. Kitchens are equipped with all utensiles that you can cook your own meals ( this saves time to go out and money) can stay enjoying the pool. Area is private and quite. Walking distance to the beach if you like

Nice Spot in Rincon

We had a few afternoon rain showers during our stay and the balcony was perfect to enjoy the view until the sun came back out. Lovely place, would recommend.

Family getaway

The home was fantastic, great pool area the rooms were spacious. The only negative was the lighting in the home was very dim and that’s an easy fix if they wish to correct that. But other than that it was awesome.

Spring break/50th birthday celebration

we had a amazing week at this vacation home in Rincon! The property itself was so relaxing with plenty of outdoor space. Our family of five had enough room to spread out. we could walk to several restaurants, coffee stands, etc. We loved the town of Rincon and the many beaches in the area. Perfect vacation!

Family vacation in Rincon

We absolutely loved the pool and outdoor areas. The house was clean but could use some updating to the furniture/fixtures. The house was close to beaches, places to eat and grocery stores. The hosts were very responsive. We could hang by that pool area everyday!

Great house in great location!!

A group of 5 friends stayed at this property and we absolutely loved it! It was a great location from the beach & downtown. The house was clean and had plenty of space with a beautiful pool. Highly recommend!

LOVE THIS HOME

Me and my husband come to Puerto Rico every year, for his birthday. We always stay in one of the homes that are owned by these people… This house happens to be my favorite. I love it and would live there full-time, if I were independently wealthy! John& John are AWESOME!

Lovely Home

The home is well designed for multiple families. Small kitchenettes in bedrooms on the first floor. Main kitchen on the second level. The pool was lovely as was all the outdoor landscaping. Some very minor housekeeping issues occurred during our stay and they were taken care of promptly. Property was comfortable and clean and close to Rincon Beach.

Great property for families!

My husband and daughter (1 year old) and I loved our stay!!! Perfect set up for families with plenty of room, poolside settings for down time and a quick walk to the beach. We can’t wait to return!

Family vacation

We really enjoyed ourselves. House was perfect for our family. Kitchen pots and pans needs updating. Need a few trays. Welcome kit like coffee, tea, milk and cereal for first morning would be nice to have upon arrival. Our hosts were very responsive to our communication. Enjoyed the pool. Grounds were nicely manicured and clean also.
