Presidential Penthouse Suite, 3 Bedrooms (twin Masterbedrooms and a loft) 2 king and 1 queen size beds. Spacious, with Incrediable views of Lake Arenal and Arenal Volcano

NO SMOKING IS ALLOWED: In March 2012, Costa Rica passed one of the strictest smoking regulations in the world

SHOES: If unit has Wood Floors Please remove shoes upon entering the unit to prevent scratches to the hardwood floors

A/C: When exiting the unit, kindly turn off the A/C, as well when having the sliding glass doors open. We are an Eco-friendly housing condominium

BATHROOM TISSUES: Ladies feminine items & all other, please utilize the waste basket

WASTE BASKETS: Please place all Coffee Grinds, Cooking Oil and or any other waste, in provided Garbage cans

CHECK OUT TIMES: As a friendly reminder, check in time is: 3PM / Check Out time: 10AM

CLEANERS: Stove cleaner is provided; please utilize these products they are non-abrasive

WASHER/DRYER: each unit comes equipped with a Washer and Dryer; please remove any dryer lint to prevent a potential fire

JACUZZI: kindly wipe down after usage with a soft towel to prevent staining

WOOD FLOORING: Any water spills needs to be dried up right away to avoid staining and extensive damage

POOL AREA: we offer 3 infinity pools at our facility, all children under 10 years of age need to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age and or older, NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY, Please Swim with Caution.

GUEST: If having Guest over, please have them park along the driveway, parking garage are Only for Condo tenants and Vacation Rentals. NO OVERNIGHT GUEST ALLOWED

PARKING: Designated Parking for Vacation Rentals and Tenants is indicated by the last 2 digits of the Unit number: (i.e. 12223 park #23)

GARBAGE: Large garbage cans/barrels are located at the beginning of the building

Road trip

I am from Québec this Was the first Time on Costa Rica. Soient 12 Days and my vert 1 st stop Was this super condo. Easy to find but we were prepared. No one greets you but Was not necessary. Could of had moré Dish clothes and soap. The pool Was a great steep Walk and lots of winds..but what a view. Spacieus and clean. And Nice restaurants Near by.

Nice place, but...

Nice overall. Beds were a bit worn and could have used more towels, even though we only had 5 people. The locatin is a bit out of the way. So, expect 45 minutes minum to get to points of interest. Not an issue as long as you prep for it.

Great stay

Beautiful property but it would be nice if it was closer to some amenities. Also, bigger TV in the living room and TV's in the master bedrooms would be nice.

Beautiful suite!

This was a beautiful, well-kept, and clean suite with a gorgeous view of Lake Arenal. It is comfortable and relaxing, as well. The photos don't do it justice--it's even nicer in person. We came here after spending time in Manuel Antonio, and this area is much more peaceful (albeit very windy!). The landscape is more lush. The ride to the condo is windy with many hills, but the road conditions are very good (unlike other areas of Costa Rica). We drove to the bridges at Mistico, and then to La Fortuna. The drive is about an hour because of windy roads, but the scenery is breathtaking. I would highly recommend walking the bridges and hiking at Mistico, and our kids (ages 18, 22, 25) said their horseback riding excursion there was the highlight of their trip. They also enjoyed zip-lining and waterfall rappelling. The town of La Fortuna is very welcoming, with many shops and restaurants in the town square. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I wish we were able to stay longer!
