Villa Kalhada Luxury Villa with private pool in secluded location

Villa Kalhada is situated in the pretty hillside area of Ovacik, and has an amazing view of Mt. Babadag and also uninterrupted views of the Mendos hills. The villa offers privacy and plenty of space. It has everything required for a relaxing holiday. The furnishings and decor are to a high standard, with full air conditioning. There is a covered verandah with comfortable seating which overlooks the private pool and garden area.

A welcome pack is provided for each group of guests.
If your stay is 2 weeks or longer, the villa will be cleaned once a week and all bed linen and towels will be changed. We provide bathroom, pool and beach towels.
The pool is cleaned daily. If your stay is April/May or end September/October we can heat the pool for you for an additional charge.

Villa Description
Ground floor - is an open plan area where there is a stylish lounge with a very comfortable corner sofa, large wall mounted TV, which has a full package of tv channels including all sports, movie and children's. WiFi is also included. There is a modern kitchen which is fully equipped with appliances and equipment. There is a bathroom and a utility room.. The pool, sun terraces and garden can be accessed directly via a door in the lounge area.

First floor - Stairs to the first floor lead to three double bedrooms. Two of them offer access to private balconies and share a family bathroom. The master bedroom incorporates its own en suite.

Second floor - The second floor includes a suite which has twin beds. This comes with fitted wardrobes and dressing table. It has its own en suite shower and access to a roof terrace.

Exterior
The garden includes a traditional Turkish Kosk, which is a covered soft seating area, as well as sunbeds around the pool. There is comfortable seating on the terrace which overlooks the pool. A heater will ensure that you will be able to enjoy a swim during the cooler months. A built in gas bbq within easy reach of the kitchen is ideal for al fresco dining in the warm summer months.

The terraced garden includes mature shrubs and trees

The pool is at the front of the property where it is screened from surrounding homes.

Villa Kalhada

Amazing villa in an ideal location. Our fantastic hosts met us on arrival to show us around their beautiful and spacious villa and gave us some very useful information about the local area and shops. It was very handy having 2 convenience shops just a stones throw away, one of which offered free delivery, the other, a 101, is like Lidl so plenty of choice to stock up. There’s a taxi call button just outside the villa which we used a lot. Only 5 mins to Hisaronu or 10 minutes to OluDeniz. Taxi’s are cheap but the Dolmus is cheaper. There’s a Dolmus bus stop just 1 street down on the main road. The pool area is a great size and the water was the perfect temperature. Plenty of loungers and parasols. There’s 4 different outdoor seating areas so you’re spoilt for choice where to enjoy the stunning views of the Paragliders and cable cars on the mountain. As a group of 8 we were very greatful for the 4 bathrooms in the villa which is set over 3 floors. The whole villa was well air conditioned.This is by far the best villa and hosts we’ve experienced. Karon always responded quickly to my texts if I had any queries during our stay, even arranging our private taxi to and from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble.Looking forward to booking again.

Perfect villa

A group of 3 couples stayed here, Villa is spacious, clean & well equipped with plentiful outside seating areas. The location was great, with taxi button outside, very well situated between all required towns. Landlord met us, showed us in & was on hand for anything needed, whether Villa related or local knowledge 👍👍 would def recommend

Amazing villa

We had the best time staying at this villa Karon and Bill were so lovely could not of asked for more. They helped us arrange out transfers and they were great too. The villa has it all its absolutely beautiful spacious and in a perfect location for everything. We were really sad to leave and will 100% be coming back and staying here.

Family holiday in Fethiye

Amazing villa - hosts were welcoming and helpful. We had everything we needed. Lots of good advice from Karon and Bill. Location of villa is good. Nice quiet area but not too far from the center of Fethiye or Olu Deniz. Very satisfied with it all.

Perfect villa for Family vacation

Amazing villa in the quite neighborhood. The villa looks exactly as listed here and equipped with everything needed. Kids enjoyed swimming pool a lot. Hosts are great and responsive. We will reconsider this villa for our next stay in Oludeniz

Outstanding Villa, perfect for an amazing Family Vacation

We have stayed in this Villa with two families and had a wonderful summer vacation - thanks Bill and Karon! The Villa has clean and spacious rooms, new and comfortable beds, a nice pool that is really cleaned every morning, an outdoor BBQ place and a new, luxury kitchen. If you want to, you can just stay at the Villa the entire stay and have everything you need there. Thanks for everything, we will come again.

Turkey holiday

Just back from a 2 week holiday to turkey , we stayed at villa Kalhada , its in an excellent location , the villa is great , the photos don’t do it justice , it is well looked after and maintained and any problems that you have ( there won’t be many, if any at all )Karon was always available to answer any questions , even sorting out the transfers for us before we arrived ,I have stayed in a few villas over the years but none can match up to this , we will definitely stay at this villa again .

A lovely villa

This is an absolutely lovely villa. It was a really nice touch for the owners to meet us at the villa when we arrived. The inside and outside of the villa were spotless. The villa had everything you would need to make your holiday special. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The beds are some of the comfiest I have slept in. The lounge area is comfy and an ideal place to watch TV and get out of the sun.The pool and pool area are lovely with plenty of loungers and seating so you can enjoy the sun setting over the mountains with a nice G&T.

Ideal villa for family and friends

The villa was clean and spacious. Travelled with family and friends. A very large outside area with plenty of seating in different areas and a bbq.The hosts were quick to answer any queries and very friendly. Overall we loved this villa and thought it great value for money. Air con all through out the villa and if you wanted a bit of down time out of the sun or at night there was a large tv in living room with a smart box where you could literally watch any tv show or film which was good for the kids. We would definitely stay here again. It was very chilled and taxi button straight outside if you want a taxi into hisaranou or ovacik itself which was about a 15 minute walk to where the restaurants are. There is also a small supermarket literally round the corner as well. We were very happy with the villa and would highly recommend it.

Lovely villa and great hosts

Beautiful spacious villa in Ovacik. Very quiet and secluded. Karon could not have been more helpful in organising transfers and answering queries. We arrived late at night and Karon had put some food and drink in the fridge which was such a lovely touch after a long journey. The villa is beautiful and spacious and the pool is lovely. The villa is a short distance to the town of Hisaranu but not a problem as taxi call button was just outside. We had a great relaxing holiday Karon and Bill were even so kind to allow us to use their own apartment on our last day as we had a late flight back to the UK. Couldn’t have wished for nicer hosts . Would thoroughly recommend

Beautiful Villa Kalhada holiday

What can I say, this villa has it all, home from home except beautiful views and weather. Karen and Bill are very easy to talk to and very helpful with whatever you need help with. The kitchen has all you need with a dishwasher so easy to use . Washing machine to freshen the towels up is fab. There are a few cats that come a calling which we weren't too bothered about as there was cat food there to feed them and they would go away again. Did have to shut the doors to keep them out though. Aircon such a blessing, downstairs wasn't working but Bill explained they were waiting for a part to come, not the end of the world though. The only thing we were a little disappointed about was that on the listing it had a pool table but it had been damaged so wasn't there, maybe take that off the listing if it's not going to be there. Plenty of restaurants nearby just 10 minutes walk . Button on wall to call for a taxi to take you wherever at a reasonable rate, only 4 allowed. Hisoranu has plenty of restaurants and bars for an enjoyable day or evening. Olu deniz has plenty going on also with a beautiful beach and lagoon. Babadag mountain is a must and if brave enough should paraglide. You have an excellent view of the mountain from the villa too. Sunsets are amazing. Thanks for our stay at your wonderful villa!!!

Villa Kalhada

This was perhaps our 8th or 9th stay in various places in Turkey and I would say that Oludeniz is amongst the best. The villa is in a quiet location but at the same time there are supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk and bus stops to both Fetiyeh and the beach. Also lovely forested hills for walks a couple of streets away. Villa is in very good condition, well maintained and very well equipped. It is very professionally managed by Karon and Bill who really looked after us during our stay. The mid stay linen change and clean was really welcomed as was the daily (unobtrusive) attendance by the caretaker who maintained the pool and the grounds. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fantastic

Had an absolutely perfect stay at Villa Kalhada. Exactly as advertised. Was a little concerned at first due to road noise but after 24 hours we hardly noticed it at all and would not put us off booking again, already looking at 2024. The beds were extremely comfortable, the showers powerful and the pool was so warm we asked to have it turned down!!! Communication with Karon and Bill was excellent and it was lovely to meet them both Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa and hope to see you again next year x

Nice well kept villa in a quiet area with great pool and lots of outdoor space to relax. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and even a BBQ. Handy for taxi or bus into town or the beach with local supermarket and places to eat nearby. Karon and Bill were great hosts!

We loved our stay! The owners are great and the house has everything you need and more. My kids didn’t get out of the pool for 5 days… except to feed the tortoises that lived in the yard!

Ein riesen Genuss, Sehr schöne angenehme Villa

Wir sind mit 2 Familien angereist und waren vom Eintreffen bis zur Abreise sehr zufrieden. Die Villah ist geräumig hat genug Duschen für die Personenzahl. Die Pool Landschaft ist hervorragend. Es gibt genug Möglichkeiten zum erholen. Der Poolman reinigt den Pool jeden Morgen, so kann man morgens gleich mit reinem Gewissen rein. Es gibt genug Zimmer, die Betten sind sauber, es werden Handtücher und Badetücher bereitgestellt. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es einen Ordner mit allen nötigen Informationen:Passwörter, lieferdienste, Informationen der Villa und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser einziges Problem war die Klimaanlage im Dachgeschoss. Die war direkt über dem Bett und das Schlafen wärend betriebener Klimaanlage war nahezu unmöglich. Aber das war ein sehr kleines Problem. Sonst muss ich einen riesen Dank an die Vermieterin Karon King aussprechen. Danke für Ihre schnellen Antworten, Hilfen, der Bereitschaft und dem schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Villa. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
