This semi-detached cottage rests in Dartmouth, Devon and can sleep four people in three bedrooms.

Huffin is a charming semi-detached three-storey cottage resting in Dartmouth, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms, including a king-size with en-suite shower room, a lower-ground-floor king-size and a lower-ground-floor bunk room (which is only available on request as an alternative to one of the king rooms), along with a lower-ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is an open-plan living space on the ground floor with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a balcony, and off-road parking to the front of the property on the first floor street level. Huffin is located on Southford Road (6' width restriction). Huffin is a delightful base for a fabulous holiday in popular Dartmouth.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave,
dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV, DAB radio/Bluetooth speaker and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Balcony with seating. Sorry no smoking. Up to two small dogs accepted at a charge of £25.00 per dog. Shop and pub 0.2 miles. Note: This property is not suitable for those with mobility issues due to it having two flights of stairs and is for a maximum of 4 guests.

The town is full of picturesque properties resting on the hillside, looking out towards the neighbouring town across the river of Kingswear, and is bursting with lovely local businesses, shops, eateries and restaurants to enjoy. It is home to Dartmouth Harbour, Royal Avenue Gardens, and Dartmouth Museum.

Totally unsuitable for older people

Property fine. Description however did not match with booking details. Stairs were a total nightmare which in the end could not be tolerated by us. We left early as could not enjoy our stay. Also restricted road was a problem with the car.
