"ANNA" : fully detached 65 m2 country cottage in vineyard

Back in time, total relaxation, space, tranquility, absolute silence, fantastic starry skies and beautiful nature characterize the Anna winery. It is located at the beginning of the Cseperke valley on a hilltop at the beginning of the village. A country road and a short footpath up takes you to a beautiful authentic winery (prezhaz) on 1 hectare of private land that has been converted into a comfortable holiday home by us.

With a modern kitchen, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower on the ground floor, a large terrace with great views and a bright and spacious bedroom on the first floor, everything is there for a fantastic stay.

Suitable for four people: there is a spacious bedroom on the first floor and a double sofa bed in the living room

In the village there is a shop for the basic necessities.
The village has 800 inhabitants and is located on a dead end road, and if you have an all-terrain vehicle you can also leave the village via the countless country roads. Walking or cycling is also possible of course!
So there is no through traffic, a guarantee of rural tranquility. You are in a different world for a moment .. the valley is a paradise of tranquility, you feel far from civilization without feeling uncomfortable. From here you can take great walks, walk to the public swimming pool down the road or just "chill", write, think, read, or buy goat cheese from the goat farmer at the back of the valley
This cottage is an old working shed in the vineyard where the previous owner made and stored his wine. We still make the wine, but in the construction of the house. We have converted the work shed with attic into a comfortable holiday home with two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and two sleeping accommodations. Outside there is a terrace off the bedroom and a spacious terrace with outdoor shower downstairs in front of the kitchen. It is completely free on top of a hill and overlooks the village on the left and the valley on the right. The village is 500 meters away, but it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere .. (limited) possibility to camp.
