100 sqm apartment, 3 bedrooms – 1 bathroom and 1 shower area – two balconies – on the Wimereux seafront, facing the sea.
We rent out an apartment offering an exceptional sea view, located in the charming seaside town of Wimereux (Opal Coast, 40 minutes north of Le Touquet).
The apartment is located on the second floor of a family villa built in 1900. It features two balconies: one facing the sea and the other overlooking the rear of the villa, allowing you to enjoy sunshine throughout the day. Shops are close by (restaurants, cafés, bookstore, fishmonger, butcher, bakery, home décor, clothing stores, etc.). Everything is within walking distance.
If you are a fan of kitesurfing, windsurfing or paddleboarding, come and discover the wide beaches of the Opal Coast! For those who enjoy walking, explore Cap Blanc-Nez, Cap Gris-Nez, stroll through the dunes or discover the surrounding countryside. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy the Wimereux Golf Club, a true English-style links course.
With a surface area of 100 sqm (excluding balconies), the apartment includes:
an entrance hall, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen leading into a living area with a wide sea view (bar seating up to 8 guests, flat-screen TV, sofa with chaise longue);
a master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an en-suite shower room;
one sea-view bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm);
one large bedroom with two bunk beds accommodating up to 4 people (90 x 200 cm beds), featuring a shower area integrated into the bedroom.
Two balconies: one west-facing balcony overlooking the sea, and one east-facing balcony at the rear of the villa.
Beds are made upon arrival and cleaning is carried out after your departure. A fee of €10 per single bed and €15 per double bed used will be charged, as well as €80 for end-of-stay cleaning. These fees are not included in the booking price and must be paid directly to the person welcoming you upon arrival.
Please note that you must bring your own bath towels.
This apartment is ideally suited for a family looking for space, two families with children, or possibly three couples (the single beds in the children’s bedroom can be pushed together to form a double bed if needed). Groups of young adults aged between 16 and 24 are not permitted.
We remain at your disposal should you have any questions.

Très bel appartement spacieux, emplacement de rêve

Nous avons passé 1semaine dans cet appartement fin août début septembre soit une semaine un peu fraîche. Nous étions un couple avec 5 de nos petites filles de 7 à 16 ans. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement. Les pièces sont spacieuses et chacun.e a pu trouver sa place, 3 chambres : 1 pour nous, 1 pour les ados, 1 pour les plus jeunes avec 1 lavabo et 1 douche (un peu petite mais pour les enfants ça va). Grand séjour. Nous pensions être gênés par le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de table mais seulement un bar mais finalement il n'y a pas eu de problèmes. Tout est parfaitement équipé, surtout la cuisine (seul bémol la hauteur des placard gênante quand est petit). Le point fort : la vue. Placé sur la digue, avec de nombreuses fenêtres, une grande baie vitrée avec un petit balcon, on peut profiter de la mer sans bouger du canapé ce qui est top, surtout quand il fait trop froid pour rester longtemps sur la plage. Seul chose qui nous a gêné : le fait qu'il n'y ait ni clef ni verrou à la salle de bains/toilettes, mais on s'organise. Je recommande. Nous reviendrons.

Belle location, superficie appréciable

Location avec une superbe vue, très bien équipée. Literie de qualité. Accueil parfait. Petit bémol : le jardinet d’ entrée et la cage d’ escaliers ne sont pas entretenus et surtout une place de parking serait une valeur ajoutée à cette location ( pourquoi pas aménager le jardin en parking)

Schöne Wohnung mit phantastischem Ausblick

Wir waren ein Wochenende im Oktober in Wimereux. Die Wohnung ist hervorragend. Beste Lage, gute Austattung, sehr schöne Atmosphäre, absolut sauber, ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert und einfach, der Empfang vor Ort erfrischend freundlich und herzlich. Beachtlich ist der absolut sensationelle Blick auf das Meer und auf den Fluß.

Traumhafte Lage mit kleinen Makelnn

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick aufs Meer und seitlich auf Fluss und Promenade war umwerfend und zu jeder Tageszeit und Wetterlage faszinierend... Aber: trotz Nachsaison (Oktober) war die Parksituation doch schwierig. Und die Treppe zum 2. STOCK (durch die Deckenhöhe wie 3. STOCK) sollte man bei nicht so guter Kondition nicht unterschätzen; ansonsten gutes Training. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet; danke für das Willkommenspresent! Obwohl wir aus besagten Gründen die Wohnung leider nicht mehr buchen können, werden wir sehr gerne an die Woche dort zurückdenken. Mit lieben Grüßen aus dem Rheinland Frank und Margret

Quelques jours très agréables

Petit séjour de 2 nuits seulement en mai, logement spacieux, agréable, bonne literie, bien équipé, vue fantastique a deux pas de la mer et des commerces, accueil sympa et conciliant, je recommande ce logement, seul petit bémol, les salles de bains un peu veillottes, et l'absence de parking dédié. Si je peux je reviendrais.
