A lovely apartment which was very central but also pretty quiet in the evenings. The view from the balcony was amazing and the apartment was well equipped (although we missed a chopping board and sharp knife). There was a small confusion with the parking as the machine had changed, but overall communication was excellent. We were a family with two teenagers and there was plenty of space, would very much recommend.

Excellent location and service by CAY.

We liked this apartment - spacious, clean and comfortable - with views of the Aguille du Midi from the balcony. The location is very good - only two minutes walk to the main street and a supermarket, but very quiet. The staff at Chamonix All Year were excellent

Perfect little apartment for your Chamonix stay

We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious and clean with everything you need to enjoy a mountain holiday. The twin beds are a little on the small side for larger adults but other than that, it has all the amenities you need with ski bus stops, ski hire shops and the main area for bars and restaurants all within a 3 min walk from Le Paradis. Would highly recommend!

Clean and spacious apartment well located

- very good contact with the agency - spacious and clean apartment - very well located, close to Le Savoy ski area for kids Piou-Piou ski school, and connecting via lift with Le Brevent main cabs. Direct access to Chamonix center pedestrian area.

This apartment is perfect for UTMB, close to the finish line, clean and tidy, quite environment for rest. Highly recommended!

Great stay

Pros: the apartment is in a very good location both in terms of amenities as well as bus stops for the slopes. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Nice balcony view of the village and mountains. Would stay again. Cons: very small ski storage. Could only fit max 4 pairs of skis without boots and helmets but the apartment has 3 bedrooms and can sleep more than 6 people. Also, shower water pressure a bit low and water not hot enough most of the time.

Beautiful, well equipped apartment just steps from the pedestrian mall

This was a great apartment! Lots of room for me and my three kids, with a well equipped kitchen and living room and beautiful views from the balcony. Just a few steps down the alley to the pedestrian mall, and a little bit further to the Ski Bus. Super close to the Super U supermarket, cheese shops, wine shops, chocolate shops, etc.. My kids loved the Exploding Kittens game in French (luckily we have it in English at home, so could remember what each card did). The apartment manager was extremely communicative.

Spacious apartment in an excellent location

Spacious apartment in an excellent location right in the town but not noisy and close to the ski bus stops. All the equipment you need for self catering and five minutes away from the extremely good Super U supermarket. The balcony has wonderful views and catches the sun but the green floor covering needs replacing as it was a trip hazard. Plenty of room in all the bedrooms and bathrooms but a walk in shower in the apartment would make it even better. Not a problem as we’ve stayed there twice and plan to do so again

1 semaine à Chamonix pour 5 personnes voir 6 sans se marcher dessus

Bel appartement avec de beaux volumes de pièces comme on en faisait il y a quelques années ; les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de séjour suffisamment grande pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres... ca change des nouvelles locations trop ramassées Seul bémol la proximité avec les soirées de "la folie douce" sauf si on aime la musique nocturne ;o)

An excellent accommodation for 6 persons

We enjoyed staying in the apartment very well furnished and located. One remark however, the bed of the master bedroom should be modified to 160cm instead of 140cm for a better sleep.

Well equipped and well positioned

Very well equipped appartment. Convenient location for shops, restaurants, and ski buses. Very spacious living/public area. Bedrooms a bit tight, we were 1 couple and 2 singles, so fine for us, but 3 couples might struggle. Generally clean, but would benefit from a proper spring clean. On balance would recommend this appartment for up to 6.

Ideal location for the centre of Chamonix.

If self catering, it is only 2 minutes walk to the supermarket. If you intend to catch the ski bus, the stops are close by. Alternately, the walk to the nearest ski lift is 2-3 minutes away. There is a ski locker for this appartment in the basement as well as a car park.

Beautiful view

Very good apartment . The location of the apartment was excellent, being very close to town but in a quiet location. The view from the balcony was stunning , and we spent many hours sitting on it , although the table was a little small for eating and there were only 4 of us in the apartment. Lovely large open planning sitting room and kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms all clean . Definitely recommend this apartment.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in great location

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space, excellent condition and beautiful views on both sides of apartment. Just a few steps from main shopping street and morning croissants! Friendly and attentive service whenever we made a request. Great place!

Chamonix Jan 2020

Stayed for 4 nights in Le Paradis 28 apartment. The apartment is in a great location for access to the town, super market, and drag lift up to the gondola. The apartment itself is clean and modern and was comfy for 6 adults. Living areas were spacious and well laid out. There were a few minor issues with previous damage / condition on arrival, which was reported and fixed very quickly by the CAY team. I would recommend this location for a useful base for any winter trip to Chamonix.
