WOW!!! WHAT A BEAUTIFUL NEW HOME and AN AWESOME VIEW of the GULF!!! Sea-Gall Villa was custom built in July 2017 with all the modern colors, tiles, granite, and décor. This location is awesome, just steps away from the beautiful emerald green water and just close enough to the Pensacola Beach nightlife. Pensacola Beach is known for its pristine white sand and also home to famed U.S Navy Blue Angels. The house has a double wrap-around spacious decks facing the Gulf, perfect for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails or enjoying the waves. Sea-Gall Villa is 2,850 sq. ft of space which is perfect for multiple families to share, it has 6 BRs (3 Master BRs), 4.5 BAs. After a long day in the sun, the adults can relax in the shaded private courtyard while the kids swim in the heated pool (extra fee). The picnic area has a gas grill with extra propane tanks, 2 picnic tables, and plenty of furniture to spread yourself out. This new home offers elegant, modern decor, comfortable accommodations and incredible Gulf views from both balconies. This home sleeps up to 17 and just 45 steps away from the beach access.

The SECOND LEVEL has an open floor plan with a chef’s kitchen that is fully equipped for your Gulf vacation. Kitchen has modern granite counter top and a large island that sits 6, dining room has extra large farm house table that sits 12 people, stainless steel appliances, 2 refrigerators with ice-makers, dish washer, and family room has 65” Smart TV, new leather sectional sofa. Enjoy the evening, fire up the grill and relax in our private over sized shaded courtyard and LARGE private pool with outdoor hot/cold shower. This home is conveniently located near the Pensacola Beach boardwalk which is famous for shopping, dining, strolling and Pensacola Beach nightlife.

1ST Floor:
- Master BR1 - King Bed with Ex- Large Private Bathroom, garden tub,
- frame less glass shower door, extra vanity with double rectangle sink
- Master BR 2 - King bed with private bath, frame less glass shower
- BR 3 – Queen Bed (share BA2 with BR4)
- BR4 - Twin Trundle, Twin Bunk (sleeps 4) -share BA2 with BR2 –perfect room for the youngsters
2ND Floor:
- Master BR3 - King bed with private vanity (share shower/toilet)
- BR5 - Two Queen Beds with private vanity (share shower/toilet)

KITCHEN is fully stocked with a large crock pot, blender, toaster, coffee maker, pan-cake griddle, lots of pots and pans, and plenty of dishes for you to cook your meals at the house. I also provide starter supply of trash bags, a full roll of paper towel, kitchen towels, dish soap, hand soap, dishwashing soap, salt/pepper and other basis seasonings and spices.

BATHROOMS are stocked with bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, hand soap, and starter supply of toilet papers for ALL bathrooms.

POOL has two picnic tables, propane grill with extra gas tanks, grilling utensils, hot/cold outdoor shower, chase lounges, sitting area, extra chairs, corn hole game, ring toss game, pool floaters, toys for kids and more…

*Parties/events allowed, prior approval is required
*No Camping, No smoking, No pets, No RVs, Small boat is allowed
*Minimum age is 25 years old and over to rent and in occupancy the entire period.
*Overnight occupancy is limited to 17 persons, any group over 17 will be evicted and guest security deposit will be forfeited.

Reservation deposit is $600, Guests will be asked to sign owner's rental contract

$ 700 refundable security damage deposit is required which is not included in the rate and must be paid prior to checking in.

Family Beach Vacation

House provided a great stay for 8 adults, 8 children ranging in ages from 1 year to 11 years old. We loved the pool area. It is below the house and difficult for the non swimmers to get in the gate. The pool was large for a vrbo and had a shaded area as well.

Kim was a wonderful host. She answered the questions we had and got back to us very quickly. She also ensured we had additional beach towels. There was new construction going on with a house being completed directly across from us but it was not bad at all. We were across the street from the beach and had a clean private pool which my family enjoyed. The house was very clean and enough king beds and queen beds for the married couples that went. The kids also enjoyed their bunks.

Christmas Vacation

Sea-Gall Villa was the perfect place to stay with our large group.The house is beautiful, the views are breathtaking and only a few steps to the beach. Kim the owner was very accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for us. She even brought over beach towels for everyone to use. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Getaway

This property is beautiful! The floor plan is great for a large group (we were a group of 10 women) with ample gathering space and plenty of room to find quiet space. Lots of bathrooms which was also a huge plus! Be prepared for lots of stairs!

Location is ideal. Restaurants and playground within walking distance and beach across the street. Heated pool was clutch as well, with large driveway for Pickleball and Bags.

Great house for extended family

Sea Gall was in great condition and plenty of room for three generations. Location was perfect. Close to the beach, activities and a nice sized pool. Al of the stairs would be unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Love this house!

Our family had an incredible vacation while staying at Sea-Gall Villa. The owner made check in procedures simple, and we even got in earlier than anticipated. The kitchen was fully stocked for grilling and dinners. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable for the 12 of us, and the views and short walk to the beach were perfect. We loved this house so much I have already booked it for our 2023 vacation!

Outstanding stay!!

My family (and extended) stayed at the Sea-Gall Villa last week and could not have been more pleased. The house is absolutely gorgeous and meticulously well-kept. The owners were quick to respond to any issues (there were very little) and also checked in each day via text to make sure all was well. The view cannot be beat and being steps from beach access was such a treat. I have vacationed in the panhandle 6 times now and this was by far my best experience. Pensacola Beach is incredibly clean and beautiful and staying in accommodations this stellar, puts it above and beyond. Thanks, Kim!!

GREAT BEACH HOUSE!

The beach house is new and the location is perfect! The owner, Kim and her family are great and a lot of help with planning our family vacation. This was my first time renting a beach house and I would highly recommend this over a condo any day. The private pool is large and the kids really enjoyed it. Staying at a beach house without a pool is not an option with children who love to swim. The privacy, location, pool and the house being new is well worth the money. I will be renting this house again for our next family beach trip.

Wonderful Beach home in Pensacola Beach

Kim was wonderful to work with! She was always quick to answer questions and very accommodating. The property is beautiful! We had seven adults and six children ages 3-10. The pool was great! The beach and gulf were fabulous!! The house had everything we needed! We brought paper goods and detergent for washing. The views of the Blue Angels from our balconies were spectacular!!! Would recommend this property to anyone needing space!!

My Happy Place

We have been daytripping in PB for 40+ years but spending a week here with adult children, spouses and grandkids was a “bucket list” trip for me. The house was perfectly arranged…bedrooms, bathrooms, multiple entries for private access to rooms or porches, extra pantry and refrigerator space for all the food we brought, and plenty of room to spread out in the main floor living area. Having the pool was perfect and there was a storage area with all the beach accessories you could need…chairs, umbrellas, toys, skim boards, etc. The best part tho was the location. With an unobstructed view of the gulf, and a walk across the road to the beach, we could not have found a more convenient or relaxing place that accommodated our family from ages 1-71. Kim was an excellent hostess and quick responder to any of our questions. I can’t think of anything we needed that she didn’t provide including box fans in the closets, baby gates for the stairs, beach towels in the laundry room, and even two types of coffee makers in the kitchen. If I could suggest anything to add, it would be more flashlights for chasing ghosts crabs on the beach after dark and binoculars for spotting dolphins. I would like to keep this piece of PB for myself, but also want others to enjoy it as much as I have. Be sure to take time to visit Ft Pickens; buy yourself some crab nets, tie in some raw bacon or chicken and catch yourself some crabs off the fishing pier out there. So fun!!! Enjoy!!!

The house was as advertised and we had a great time. The owner was very responsive to a couple minor issues and everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. The only thing I would note is that the outdoor shower was cold water only and was probably due to the cooler time of year (April).

An Adventure

This proof has an amazing view! Although we stayed after the historic hurricane and the winds made it cooler than usual, Kim heated the pool for a couple of nice days which the kids loved. Walking this beautiful beach, playing games furnished by the owner, visiting the zoo, and exploring the island made this stay memorable. A great place for multiple families.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

Our experience at Sea Gall was perfect. Everything detail and listed was provided. Location was perfect, a 10 second walk to the main Pensacola Beach. Pool was clean and heated. Property was very well maintained. Countless beach chairs, umbrellas, and pool accessories. Any question was timely addressed by the property owner. We would highly recommend the location for anyone looking for a property to rent in the area.

Fabulous house!

The house is even better than the pictures! The location is awesome to the beach, just walk across the road and there you are. The house is spotless clean and stocked with everything you need. The beds are very comfy and the furniture in the whole house is very nice. The pool is such a bonus with kids because they never get tired of the sun Kim was a great hostess. I could go on and on about how great this place is. Book it, you will not regret it. We have stayed in 50+ homes all over the world and this ranks as one of the best! We will be booking again!
