This beautiful second floor apartment is in the Pollentia Mar block, just two minutes´ from the sea in Puerto Pollensa



There is a charming terrace with a table and chairs for two, which overlooks the communal pool, and characterful apartments. There is even a cheeky view of the sea!



Step inside and the apartment is light, airy and in pristine condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and the well-designed sitting room/dining area is open plan. The sofa is a comfortable place to chill out and enjoy a film on the Smart TV after a busy day at the beach or by the pool.



There are two bedrooms. The delightful double bedroom has two wardrobes, a real plus if your partner is less tidy than you! It has an ensuite bathroom with a bath and a shower.



Bedroom number two is versatile, with a single bed and a second pull-out single. There is also enough space for a travel cot, so it could be used for an adult, a child, a baby, or perhaps as a quiet space to read or work. The second bathroom has a walk-in shower.



Pollentia Mar is a very clean and secure apartment block - it has a locked central entrance as well as a second locked entrance to each block. There are lifts as well as stairs to the second floor



The communal area is extremely well maintained, with a lovely pool and outdoor shower. There are 40 apartments in total so it is large enough to meet new people, whilst being a peaceful place for you to enjoy your holiday.



Pollentia Mar is a stone´s throw from excellent restaurants and bars, and street parking is available, although a car is not essential.



This is the perfect choice for a couple travelling, or a small family.

Great place, excellent location

My son and I rented this apartment for 5 nights to do a cycling trip in the Mallorca mountains. The place was great - we appreciated the cool air conditioning and clean place after being outdoors riding. The location is great too - easy walk to groceries, restaurants, shops and the beach.

We really enjoyed our stay, the appartment was spacious and very clean. The bedrooms were big and having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The veranda is small but adequate for breakfast. Furnishings were great and bed really comfortable. We had noisy neighbours the last few nights, out with our host’s responsibility but other than that we had a great stay and would definitely return!

A fab apartment. Very modern, clean and comfortable. So close to the beach and so many restaurants within a couple of minutes walk away. Pool was cleaned daily and is a good size. Pollentia Rentals we’re very helpful, especially Ben and would always respond to any queries. Would def recommend this apartment. It’s lovely.

2 bed apartment in central location on Puerto Pollensa

Great apartment and superb local support from Ben when storm knocked out the aircon. . I would say the 2nd bedroom is definitely only for 1 person despite 2 bed underneath. Very large and comfy bed in master. Quiet aircon in lounge and bedrooms. Family bathroom was handy but just a shower curtain round tray means flooded floor so we all used the en-suite. Parking in local streets in august was a bit challenging at times. Priced high we felt compared to previous rentals but I guess this reflects being so close to beach and restaurants.

Our stay in Puerto Pollensa

A home away from home! The apartment was perfect for our young family and located in central Puerto de Pollenca, a 2 minute walk to the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The apartment is very clean, modern and well looked after. It has all the amenities you would need, including towels you can use for the pool. One of the bathrooms has a bath, which is great if you have younger children with you. The pool is an added bonus and was used daily by the kids! Charlie was very helpful and responsive with any queries we had. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Excellent apartment and hosts

We knew the area from previous visits to the resort and the apartment was in a great location and was very well appointed. The whole process and communication was very easy and Charlie met us at the apartment when we arrived. We really enjoyed our stay.

Vacation In Porto Pollensa

The apartment is very nice and in a perfect location - only 5 min from a nice beach and the main pedestrian area in port the Pollensa. The AC is very silent and effective and needed in the summer period for sure. Nice little kitchen to make breakfast and a simple lunch. Overall a great place for a small family
