About this property

Spacious and sleek apartment with pool just a 5 minute walk to beach/nightlife.

This first floor modern licenced apartment comprises of 2 bedrooms, the master having one king size bed and the other, two single beds. Sleeps four people. Both bedrooms have doors leading onto one of the balconies which has a table and chairs - perfect for outdoor dining.
There are 2 bathrooms, one en suite in the master bedroom with a bath, overhead shower, toilet & sink and the other with a shower enclosure, toilet & sink. There is a fully fitted contemporary kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave etc and a separate utility area with a washing machine. The living room is bright and sleek and in addition to the sofa it has a smart TV, DVD, WiFi and a dining table with 6 chairs.
In addition, there is a further private balcony which leads off the living room and kitchen with rattan furniture where sundowners can be enjoyed in comfort.
The 2 separate balconies enable you to catch both the morning and afternoon sun as they are on opposite sides of the building. Both are fully furnished for you to dine or relax in comfort.
There is full cold/hot air conditioning throughout, allocated parking and access to the private swimming pool (shared by 6 apartments in the block). This apartment provides a perfect base for a holiday in Puerto Pollensa being 5 minutes stroll to the beach and 12 minutes stroll to the main centre and all that this wonderful resort has to offer.

Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy condition. Please ensure there are toilet rolls available for the next guests as these aren’t provided by our cleaning company.
Return the balcony cushions to the bedroom wardrobes as shown.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
POOL RULES: Exclusive use by residents. NO ball games, lilos or inflatables allowed in pool (only swimming aids). NO alcohol in pool or area.
Children must be supervised. NO music. Please respect other pool users and residents. NO food allowed in area. DO NOT reserve sun beds if not present.
Shower before using pool and turn off afterwards. Glass and crockery are not permitted. Swimming only permitted between 9am and 8.30pm. NO diving

We have been holidaying on the Island of Majorca since the early 70's and have got to know the island pretty well but Puerto Pollensa is our family favourite.
If there are any questions you have regarding your holiday, places to go, sites to see or wonderful restaurants to enjoy a local dish and a glass of Rioja, I will do my best to advise you.
I am sure you will love our apartment and its locality to the sandy beach, bars and restaurants whilst the apartment itself is in a residential area.
