Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in diesem gepflegten, sauberen Haus in ruhiger, ländlicher Lage. Der Garten ist wahnsinnig groß mit einem fantastischen Blick auf das Meer. Der große Privatpool wird sogar täglich gereinigt. Das modern eingerichtete Haus mit großzügiger Raumeinteilung lud zum Entspannen ein. Man vermisste absolut nichts. Mit der zuvorkommenden Gastgeberin Anastasia hatten wir leider nur telefonisch Kontakt, ihr deutschsprachige Cousin umsorgte uns am Anfang des Aufenthalts. Rundum ein Ferienhaus zum Wiederkommen! :-)

AMAZING ALL ROUND

Look no further.....Everything from start to finish was seamless. We got exactly as the property was described. The views were incredible, super peaceful and very luxurious, the property has been done to a high standard and is supplied with everything you would need. The property owners were a delight, super helpful and very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. 3 minute drive into the main town, Skala where you will find everything want/need. The property was thoroughly deep cleaned every 3 days which is an added bonus as well as fresh towels and clean bedding, it makes you feel like you have just arrived for the first time again! The cleaner was excellent, she did a great job always with a smile and even though there was a language barrier she did her very best to communicate with us and help where she could, what a lovely lady. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

Wonderful holiday in Skala Kefalonia

The property was of a very high standard. Close to long sandy beach beach 10 mins walk and restaurants.

2 week stay at Villa Piano near Skala , group of 4 adults and 5 month old baby.

We stayed in this wonderful villa , everything was perfect. The Villa is very well equipped and spotlessly clean. There is a beautiful garden looking out to sea with a swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers. Anastasia was a very generous host and always to any questions immediately. Twice a week the Villa was cleaned immaculately. The rural setting was ideal and very peaceful but you could still reach Skala in 5 minutes in the car. You can walk across fields to a small beach that is usually empty with crystal clear water. All in all a truly lovely holiday. We can’t wait to return.

Traumhafte Villa mit traumhaften Ausblick! Die Villa wurde mit sehr viel liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über sehr viele Extras. Liebe Anastasia, vielen Dank für die tollen Tage in deiner Villa. Wir konnten dich immer erreichen, wenn wir fragen hatten. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Lovely modern villa, peaceful and private but only a 10 min walk to centre of Scala.

Villa Piano is a very nice modern vila, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday. The villa is very well equipped both inside and out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are modern with comfy beds, nice bedding and towels. Kitchen and living areas are equally well appointed and give out into patio and pool and lovely sea views. Hard to fault the place and overall exceeded expectations.

Beautiful Villa

We stayed in the villa last summer and i think we were one of the first to hire it. The accommodation was modern, uncluttered, clean in a very relaxing setting. It has everything you would need. We did hire a car - and I think you could possibly cope without one but if it's uber hot it's not much fun walking in to skala in the searing heat, so i would definitely recommend getting a car so you can go and investigate this beautiful island. We did a few trips out - we visited the Melissani Cave and went to Myrtos Beach, but our main objective was to laze around the pool for a couple of weeks so that's what we did! We mainly ate in Skala as there are so many amazing restaurants to go to - our favourite was Mikelatos Family, but also the Sunrise Fish Restaurant and the kids hauled us in to the Sugar and Lemon pancake house every evening which did great crepes and coffees. We also visited Sami, which is close by and has a harbour and is lovely. Villa Violin was amazing and the owner Tasia is so so lovely and makes you feel completely at home. She was so kind and came round loaded with homemade ice cream, fresh fish and bread and wine. One day she even bought us an amazing home cooked lunch of stuffed vegetables. Completely unexpected but it these things that make you want to return. It worth mentioning that the pool areas are completely private and there is also a huge grassed area beyond the pool and then you look down onto a beach that is private. Its beautiful on that beach but it wasn't easy to access when we visited, ideally the owners will create a path from the bottom of the garden onto the beach. At the moment you have to walk past a nearby farm to get on to it, which isn't difficult but it's not as close as it looks on googlemaps. We hire villas every year and our children have said this one is the best so far! If we visit the island again we would go back to it.

Hits the right note!

What a wonderful property, location, setting, facilities and owners! If we could award 6 stars, we would. Welcomed upon arrival by Tasia (owner) who kindly took us into Scala for a stock-up-shop and later brought us two bottles of her own wine made from the vines at Villa Piano and it's sister property, Villa Violin. You are only 11 minutes walk across the fields from Scala beach and 7 minutes walk from the 'secret beach' you can see from the end of the garden. Everything about this property is top quality. It will comfortably sleep 6, there is great outside space and it is peaceful and quiet. Only 40 minute transfer by taxi from the airport (50-55 euros). Car NOT essential but we hired a Suzuki Jimny in resort for 35 euros per day for 3 days, mid-break to explore. Great fish restaurant Nautilus a 10 minute / 10 euro taxi ride away, fab local restaurants and NO 'pint for 1 euro' bars - all family based. Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.

The place is surrounded by some of the most beautiful beaches in Kefalonia. The village of Skala has a variety of shops, restaurants and cafes and its beach offers water sports and other activities.

This villa holds a unique combination of modern simplicity, a new eco construction offering all amenities and equipment required from the most demanding visitor. The spacious garden with local trees and plants, private pool, BBQ, outdoor furniture, and sea views offer total relaxation. There is close proximity to the beach of Spithi as well to the popular village of Skala and the beach.
