CHALET CHIPMUNK / especiales pueden aplicar

Chalet Chipmunk está ubicado en un gran lote privado y aislado enmarcado por abeto y álamo temblón, a medio camino de la góndola del monte Werner con fabulosas vistas. Encantador y acogedor con un toque europeo describe este soleado plano de planta abierto. Chalet Chipmunk tiene todas las comodidades, desde encimeras de granito y muebles antiguos de teca hasta una nueva bañera de hidromasaje privada y dos terrazas.
Hay un servicio de transporte GRATUITO a la góndola y al centro cerca.(ver mapa)
La soleada sala de estar (chimenea de gas y TV vía satélite, reproductor de CD, DVD, WIFI), comedor y cocina se abren a una terraza amueblada con parrilla de gas y amplias vistas al sur y al oeste del valle de Yampa, montañas, góndolas y la ciudad de abajo.

El nivel superior tiene un dormitorio principal con cama king y un segundo dormitorio con cama queen, todas con vistas imponentes y un baño compartido.
El nivel del jardín se puede usar como suite principal o se puede convertir en 3 gemelos con su propia chimenea de gas, TV, terraza y baño.

Tranquilo y privado, estás por encima de condominios ruidosos y llenos de gente en un lote residencial arbolado.
Después de un día de ejercicio estimulante, relájese en su jacuzzi privado y observe la puesta de sol desde la terraza. Disfrutará de este retiro en cualquier época del año con una variedad de servicios deportivos y culturales que Steamboat tiene para ofrecer en todas sus estaciones coloridas.

Great house in a perfect location

Beautiful home up on the hill. It has everything you need. Feels like a mountain cabin more than a modern home. It’s not quite walking distance to the mountain, but there is a quick easy free shuttle.

Chipmunk Chalet

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at the Chipmunk Chalet. The home is adorable, well stocked, conveniently located and has an amazing deck to watch the sunset. I recommend this property and will be staying here again.

Great location, everything we needed

Very cozy and comfortable place to stay with everything we needed. The one thing to be aware of is that if you use Apple maps, directions will send you to a house about a block away. The folks said that they were used to getting knocks on their door - so double check the address! :)

Great Location and Property

Our group had an amazing time staying here. Lots of room, easy accessibility to the mountain and close drive downtown. You can fit 8 people, but the house is really more suited for 7 adults. Margaret was very response to anything we needed! Highly recommend

House with a view of the valley.

This was our second stay at this property. Some of the bedrooms were upstairs and another area in the lower level. Nice in case some want to stay up later or early risers can sleep in different areas in the house. The lower level is cooler also. The hot tub is private. We enjoyed our stay.

Ski Time

We had an amazing stay! We had 4 adults and plenty of beds! The hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing. The kitchen was nicely stocked with any thing you would need. It did smell a little like dog when we first walked in, but we just sprayed some Febreze and the smell was gone. A nice mudroom to take all your ski stuff off. The beds were comfy and plenty of towels! Just a short drive to the slopes. The gas fireplaces were really nice. Definitely would stay again.

Great place for price

I think this was a great place to stay and location was nice. I wouldn’t walk to bus stop cause of steep hill and slick roads. Only thing I would suggest is bedrooms to have a tv especially staying with several families it would work better. It had great space and kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfortable. Loved having the hot tub at night after a long day on the slopes. The views were amazing I would catch myself sitting up at night looking out the windows from upstairs bedroom.

Cozy and comfy

We stayed here for a long weekend with our grown kids and dog. It's well stocked with pretty much everything you need (could use more mixing bowls). The views are great. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. The place could use a good dusting but felt clean otherwise. It's on a quiet street and getting to skiing and hiking was very easy. We had no wifi the entire time, despite contacting the owner twice. The Natural Grocery in town was great for groceries.

Great Location-Needs repair

Location is excellent; however, the cabin is very dated needs repairs. Many of the windows do not seal properly, front door lock not working, furniture worn and dirty, bathroom ceiling stained, bedding and linens worn out. Would not stay here again.

Deep Clean and Maintenance Needed

Everything in this home needs a deep clean. I actually removed the bath rugs altogether because they were dirty upon our arrival. The wall of windows downstais could have been lovely but 3 of the 5 shades were broken in the down position. Kitchen sink windows don't function at all. Very poor lighting throughout. On the plus side, the upstairs deck was lovely. The fireplaces in the living room and downstairs bedroom were cozy and easy to use. Downstairs bed is very comfortable. Location is beautiful. Disappointed overall.

What a gem! The views of Steamboat were amazing. It was easy access to everything. The house itself is charming and comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Enjoyable experience

Very roomy. Was able to spread out. Quiet location. Hot tub was very clean and worked well. The house kitchen furnishings and bedroom/bathroom furnishings were all very well stocked. The house is close to all Steamboat has to offer. The 3 of us and our dog really enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Steamboat Christmas

Enjoyed our stay. Location and views are very nice. Easy to get to groceries,Restaurants etc. Driving to the ski mountain is easy and close. Using the free bus is challenging for older adults with ski gear. Fairly steep hill between the house and bus pickup.

Chipmunk Chalet is a gem

Great location, well equipped kitchen, grill worked great, beds were comfy (2 of them are Kings)! The views are amazing and the fire places add a nice comfy touch. We will be back!

Large residential lot above condos. Quiet and private. We love Steamboat as a getaway for vacations and family gatherings. Every season is enjoyable, and has its own beauty and appeal. Steamboat has lots of great shopping, year round entertainment and restaurants. Special events through out the year are a featured attraction. Enjoy!

Private and Quiet, Chalet Chipmunk is unique modeled after a European Chalet with an old world ambience. Sunny and cozy with an 3 level floor plan for privacy. Fabulous views, 2 decks, private hot tub. Trout fishing, mountain biking, great skiing and hiking or just relaxing are all here.. In winter there is a free shuttle to the Gondola Base and to downtown historic Steamboat. Chalet Chipmumk is a real home in a private residential area, well above the noisy crowded condos.
We enjoy Steamboat year round with all its seasonal activities.
