Nestled in the parklands of Leny Estate, our two beautiful semi-detached Victorian cottages offer the ideal holiday destination for family and friends. These wonderful character cottages feature beautiful stone terraces, quaint pitched roofs and exposed stonework together with a private sweeping lawn. Set high upon the estate, they occupy the perfect vantage point to enjoy the incredible views towards the surrounding glens and countryside. The tasteful interiors, with their warm and inviting furnishings, ensure that you feel completely at home as soon as you arrive.
Our cottages will sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children via a double room, twin room and a double sofa bed in the lounge area for children only.
Our location is our biggest asset with stunning views across a glen towards Ben Ledi mountain. A holiday at Leny Estate offers the best of both worlds. A peaceful, traditional Scottish country retreat that is only 5 minutes from the bustling tourist town of Callander.

The centrepiece of our estate is Leny House, a unique, late medieval, baronial country mansion.

Our six self-catering Scottish luxury lodges are made of solid spruce merging seamlessly into their natural surroundings - the perfect base to explore the great outdoors. Each lodge features a south facing veranda with a large dining bench, ideal for eating alfresco, and is set upon a peaceful elevated area above Leny House. with fantastic views towards the Trossachs. Warm and cosy are key notes of the comfortable, relaxed interiors making our lodges the ideal holiday spot for families and groups seeking a true taste of the Scottish Country life.

There is an abundance of activities to enjoy nearby. Whether it's scaling the local hills, cycling one of the many local routes, sailing across a loch, golf, fishing or simply enjoying the Scottish culinary delights of the nearby restaurants, there is something for everyone.

It was a comfortable house but we consider upgrading of the tv to a Smart television set required

House spacious and warm. Estate is well maintained and views stunning . Location ideal for getting to variety of places. Requiring a SMART television and the dvd player did not work. We had been in similar accommodation and price range before we came to Leny and the owners provided a modern television. The toilet door locks were difficult to lock and need improvement.

A cosy and serene home away from home

A stay at Leny estate is an absolute must. It is the perfect base for exploring Callander, the Trossachs Trail and beyond. The hospitality was amazing, and the estate is beautiful. It has everything you need to make this a cosy home away from home. Perfect for large groups/families too! We will absolutely be back. Thank you for your hospitality Leny Estate!

We had a brilliant weekend.

We are lucky enough to have stayed at Lenny many times , and it never disappoints, even the year we had terrible storms which knocked out our power, we were given the option of going and returning again at no extra cost but we had the log burner and plenty of food which didn’t need cooked so we stayed and it was one of our most enjoyable weekends at Leny. It’s our special place. Brilliant.

It was lovely. Beautiful property and comfortable house.

The privacy of the cottage was nice because we had both. It would have been quite strange if we were that close to strangers. For several days the appliances didn’t work in one of our cottages. It was a pain to have to use only one of the kitchens, etc. but bc we had two places, it worked out and it was ok. Had we not had the other place to go to and use it would have been a disaster.

Lovely location with problems

Road to cottage in poor driving conditions, we only had a 1 cup coffeemaker for 4 people, and second bedroom was very small. The stairs were very steep for anyone with mobility issues.

Lovely holiday cottage with all amenities

Really friendly welcome. The cott age was well stocked with everything we needed. The rooms were decorated to a high standard, comfortable and cosy. Lovely outdoor seating and BBQ area. The kids loved the large garden with small brook running through the bottom and the play area. Amazing location, very peaceful and quite but with good access to nearby walks.We will definitely be booking again for next year.

Great vacation in lovely Orchard Cottage

We had a lovely time in Orchards Cottage, especially the sun room was great for morning coffees and meals. Fabulous location and view. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Recommend this location warm-hearted. I believe families with small children will have a even more lovely stay in the cabins where there’s a large playground close by.
