Newly refurbished studio apartment (2016) on third floor of a historical building wonderfully located in the heart of the old town of Split, and overlooking the delightful hustle and bustle in the Narodni trg square, this 1 bedroom, studio apartment is ideal for travelers looking for close proximity to everything combined with comfort.
Fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom, cable tv, wifi, it has everything you need to have beautiful and quality time in Split and even staying inside with just open windows - you will feel the spirit of charming life of this city as you are in the heart of beautiful Split, one of few with such a good location!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: In December 2018 we renovated windows and fixed some minor shower problems. Now even more comfortable and more peaceful being in the pure center of the city!

We can’t imagine a better place to enjoy Split. The location was perfect as was the quaint studio overlooking the square. It has everything you need.

Really great room, nice location, very helpful staff. The AC was great and the windows were tight so we didn’t have any noise problems. Only tiny complaint was there was not enough toilet paper for even our 3 days and no dish soap or body wash/shampoo. Things I would expect.

Great location with everything we needed!

Fantastic location in Split. Host was helpful with coordinating transportation from the airport and helping us settle in. We enjoyed being on the busy square and found that closing the shutters and windows kept the noise out for sleeping. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay including air conditioning.

Split Old Town Apartment

Great location, very central to bars, cafes & restaurants. A short 2 minute stroll to the Riva. Apartment was tidy, air conditioning was a saviour and was very quiet when all the windows were closed, apartment above was at times a little loud but really not enough to cause any problems. We loved staying here and would definitely recommend it if you wish to be close to the action. Only thing i would suggest is to offer complimentary shampoo / conditioner like so many other places offer. Overall, a great place to stay

One of a kind!

This apartment is located in the absolute BEST location to stay in Old Town area of Split, in an open plaza area, almost on top of the Emporers Palace. Despite being in the busy old town, with windows closed at night,you hear nothing! Easy check in, as we had an associate meet us with key and provided infortion on the apartment.Jordana was extremely responsive and answered all our questions.There is no parking near the house, so pay hourly parking to drop off luggage and walk the 300 or so meters to the apt.We chose to find a parking garage about 2km away and paid 75 for 3 nights.Everything you could need was both inside the house and within a close walk (gelato, restaurants, museums, cafes, beach, parks).Would stay here again if we visited Split!!!

Ideal location

This small apartment is exactly as advertised. It is located in the very heart of the Old Town and is in easy walking distance to everything in the Old Town, as well as the port/marina. The hosts were very responsive to a brief plumbing issue that was rapidly resolved. We felt that the combination of the fantastic location and responsiveness of the hosts was worth a 5 star review. In response to notations by others- with the windows closed there is no outside noise at all, despite its location on a main square. Yes it is an old building and you can hear the folks above you walking. But why would you be there when all of Split is at you literal doorstep!

A short break in Split

Absolutely amazing! Right in the heart and center of the old town… lovely clean apartment just what we needed to see and walk the sites and the marina and local bars and restaurants. The host was brilliant also helping us with transfers from the airport to the apartment and the check in process was stress free. Will be 100% coming back to Split and especially to this lovely apartment!!! 10/10 see you soon!!

Exceptional Location, Service and Amenities for the Price

Exceptional! Location for the price can’t be beat. The 2 foot thick ancient stone walls and double pane windows make it surprisingly absolutely quiet considering it overlooks the busiest square in old town. However, I agree with previous comment - the ceiling is very thin so you will hear a lot of footsteps and voices from upstairs. If this would bother you or if you have a rambunctious couple above, you might not like it. And yes, the shower is small but ok for most people. Third floor, so yes, there are steps, but what a view! Compact washer/dryer is new and very convenient but takes long because it is efficient. Fetivi was favorite fish restaurant, recommended by the manager, and Gelato Mare the best gelato in Split! Exceptional!

Lovely studio, position over the square with plenty of places to eat nearby, just right for us. Downside, a little noisy from the studio apartment above us. Nothing that you can do about that really! Overall a good stay.

Wonderful stay

1) the apartment is exactly as it appears online and was every clean and wifi was great. 2) minor complaint - shower stall is barely big enough for a normal sized male; moving around just a little and I was constantly bumping the water handle either turning it off or making it scorching hot - and I mean scorching-the-skin hot. 3) great location for walking everywhere; A/C works great and is almost a requirement since the Square down below is extremely loud on weekends; with the windows closed, most of that sound is blocked out; 4) having someone meet us to get checked in proved a lesson in patience (probably due to a busy weekend?) but the man who met us was extremely helpful and thorough in instructions; 5) minor suggestion - add a comfortable chair i. Which to relax and read aside from the 2 hard wooden chairs at the table or the bed, but just a suggestion; 6) the laundry washer/dryer combo works very well but it takes FOREVER to do one load; cool thing is that you can set it to go into drying mode after the washing is complete, but that one SMALL load (compared to at home in USA) took more than 4 hours to wash/dry; again, it did a great job for our 2 loads Old Town was a great place to visit and stay for 3 nights. There’s a street food place called Misto steps from the apartment - great food. Also, the best meal we’ve had on this vacation (including Venice) was at Mazzgoon in the Palace. Great spot to stay while in town!
