Cosy traditional style holiday villa, located in the beautiful area of "Ternelles", very close to the town of Pollença, which can be easily reached by foot. This villa is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for tranquility and at the same time to be close to the town, with all the cultural and gastronomic offer within easy reach.



The interior of the house is antique, but very well kept and clean, with all the necessary comforts provided for a modern lifestyle. On the ground floor, there is a small but fully equipped kitchen, a nice and spacious dining room and a living room with two sofas and a television.



The 3 bedrooms are on the first floor, one with a double bed, and the other 2 with two single beds each. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with bathtub. On the other hand, the toilet with shower is situated outside, in the swimming pool area.



The outdoor area has a beautiful garden and swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also a small covered terrace with barbecue, tables and chairs, ideal to enjoy meals and dinners with family and friends.

Villa full of character and charm

We absolutely loved our stay here. The Villa is beautiful and full of character. The views are spectacular. The outdoor kitchen is fabulous and has all the equipment you need. We loved that there were plenty of bath and beach towels available, and on arrival there’s a food parcel of essentials (bread, milk, wine, cheese, ham ect. If you are after a modern, minimalist villa then this isn’t for you. We loved the quirkiness and character of it. As for the location It was only a 10 minute walk into beautiful Pollensa old town. If you want to explore further a field hiring a car is ideal as the bus doesn’t seem to stop this side of pollensa. Taxis are easy to book and are only €15 into Porto De Pollenca. The only thing we could possibly complain about would be the pillows were quite flat and the bedding was a bit dated … white cotton hotel sheets would have been more appealing. We would definitely like to visit again.

A lovely week in a great location

We have had a really great time in this private and peaceful villa. The location to Pollenca is perfect for walking to town (even with little ones). The pool was great and grounds well maintained. We used the outdoor kitchen area most evenings. The kitchen had good but basic cooking equipment and there was no washing up liquid or washing utensils but welcomed some essentials on the fridge to eat and drink. Overall a great villa for a family well away

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Finca in herrlicher Lage am Ortsrand von Pollenca mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir im Kühlschrank eine Flasche Wasser, eine Flasche Wein, etwas Butter und Schinken und Käse. Zum Zentrum von Pollenca waren es ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher wurden wöchentlich gewechselt.
