THE VILLA ELISABETH
The south-facing hillside property had a forest-like character at the time of construction and offered a comfortable view over the Geratal. The Villa Elisabeth was built in 1904. Many lovingly designed details in the exterior and on the facade make the building a great Art Nouveau building.

THE APARTMENT
The apartment is about 45 square meters and was designed by us modern and bright. The removal of a partition created a large space. The central component is a kitchen unit that divides the room into a bedroom and a living area. From the apartment you have direct access to the terrace overlooking the garden and the Steigerwald.
The apartment has a separate entrance.
