Holiday home in absolute class located by Skaven Strand, a perfect base for the family's holiday experiences and activities by Ringkøbing Fjord. Central in the cottage you will find a living / dining room with dining area, sofa group and access to the terrace / garden. The incidence of light is fantastic. There are two bedrooms, one of which has access to the terrace / garden. The last 2 beds in the cottage are on the loft. Bathroom with shower. Ceilings for kip near bathroom. The cottage is heated with wood stove, air to air heat pump and electric heating. The terrace of 25 m2 is screened and here you will find a pizza oven. On the plot there is space for ball games and drying of surf equipment. The house is peacefully located on a south-facing plot. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
