In the Chueca neighbourhood, one of the most cosmopolitan and sought-after in the city, located right in the centre of Madrid. A stone's throw from Gran Vía and Cibeles Square. An unbeatable location to enjoy a few days or a long season in this city that has so much to offer.



The apartment:



This apartment is located in an old building: from the entrance hall, one accesses an interior courtyard with two staircases; going up the one on the right leads to the lift that takes you to the apartment. After reaching the top floor, you have to climb a few more stairs that lead to the building's attics.



Carefully renovated with attention to the smallest detail, this 25m2 dwelling maximizes light and space to offer its guests the utmost comfort. It can accommodate a total of 4 people: two on the sofa bed located in the living room on the ground floor and two in the bedroom on the upper floor.



The ground floor is an open space that integrates living room, kitchen and dining room. Going up some metal stairs, you access the bedroom, equipped with a comfortable double bed, and a spacious bathroom with shower.



The open layout of the spaces in both floors provides luminosity and spaciousness, creating at the same time an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.



The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.

It has air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.



When leaving the lift, you need to go up one floor via stairs to reach the accommodation.



To take into account:



IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.



Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.



The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. The delivery of apartment keys will be done directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, ground floor, between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.



In case of arriving after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly in the apartment for the key handover.



Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 pm and 2:00 am have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.



Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.



MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.



Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard
