The apartment:
A renovated two-bedroom apartment with capacity for 6 people, refurbished in 2018. Spacious and welcoming, it has been decorated with great pleasure to ensure maximum comfort.
The kitchen, living room and dining room are integrated into a single environment equipped with two street-facing balconies, with insulating windows that provide optimal protection against noise, and slatted shutters to safeguard privacy. The kitchen has a very comfortable layout and is fully equipped. The living room has a sofa bed, an individual leather armchair, and television.
Bright and spacious rooms, where the original structure of the house can be appreciated.
The main bedroom has a double bed, faces an interior courtyard and has a large mirror wardrobe to store all belongings.
The other bedroom has an individual trundle bed that converts into a double bed, and also has a good wardrobe. It also faces an interior courtyard, to guarantee the tranquillity of the tenants.
The bathroom looks spectacular, it is equipped with a large shower.
All rooms have air conditioning.
The property is equipped with Wi-Fi.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
