Located just five minutes walking from Retiro Park, on Alcalá Street between Príncipe de Vergara and Goya, an exceptional location.
It is a high-quality apartment located in a renovated building typical of the era in the area, which has a lift and a physical doorman.
Located next to one of Madrid's prime commercial areas, it is a perfect accommodation option for both tourist and corporate visits, as it is also very well connected to any point in the city.
The Apartment:
With capacity for 8 people, this apartment has been selected for the great quality of its finishes and good distribution. It has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. At the entrance, there is a small hall that leads to the large living-dining room on the left with windows to the street and on the right through a straight corridor is the kitchen and then the bedrooms, with the main bedroom at the end of the corridor, with an en-suite bathroom and glass doors to a wide and bright interior courtyard. The first two bedrooms are double, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two single beds. The main bedroom has a double bed of 150 cm. All beds are of good quality for a good rest.
The apartment has been decorated with Nordic-style inspiration and furniture, seeking simplicity, light colours and simple lines. The result is a very cosy apartment with class. It also has all the equipment amenities for a perfect stay, air conditioning throughout the flat, internet, plasma screen, dishwasher and washing machine.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.
