Overview
Villa Youla is located in Nissaki, Corfu. This detached vacation rental
property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps up to 6 people
with 3 Bedrooms and 3 Bathrooms. There is a private pool (South-East
Facing) with barbecue and Sea views. Walking distance to the Beach and
Restaurants.
Layout

Outside, the villa offers a private pool and generous outdoor space,
including shaded verandas and sunny terraces ideal for relaxing or
soaking up the sun. Inside, the ground floor features a spacious
open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a twin bedroom
and a shower room. The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms - one
double and one twin - plus a family bathroom and a separate W/C.

The living room has a comfortable sofas, DVD Player and Free Wi-Fi.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave,
refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location near to the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Corfu over the past 8 years, but the Villa Youla is definitely one of the best. There are several restaurants, tavernas, bars, and most important the beach is nearby (within walking distance). Also, you can find other local shops and a bakery at near Kalami. You need to drive only a 10-15 minute to go to Kalami, Mparmpati, and Ypsos, where are placed a wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches... Great holiday spent at Villa Youla and Nissaki.

The location, view, pool, accommodation were all OUTSTANDING, but the most impressive of all was the MAID service provided by Katherina. She is a diligent, professional representative of the Villa, but also friendly and most of all helpful, she made our holiday complete, it was like having a LOCAL friend who was looking after your welfare.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect sea views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the upper terrace over the Nissaki bay were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Nissaki and Mparmpati, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. Lastly, thank you Agni Travel for organizing a perfect holiday. We cannot thank you enough, everything went to plan. No problems with the villa or pool, everything was excellent. Could not fault Agni Travel at all, everything went smoothly and we appreciated the text message keeping in contact even though we did not need to call.

If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect sea views then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Kalami, Kassiopi, and Ypsos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... We tried great Greek specialties (Souvlaki, Moussaka, Koulouri...) there. Most of our time we spend at Nissaki and Barbati beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. All in all an excellent place and villa which we can highly recommend.

Excellent holiday. This was our second time at this villa and we were delighted to find that Katerina was still there. She is an asset to your company. Friendly, knowledgeable , helpful and anything we needed was sorted out straight away. We had everything we needed at the villa. We were unable to rent a car but this did not spoil our holiday. We hired boats and used local transport . Supermarkets , beaches and tavernas are were within walking distance.

We had e fantastic week at Villa Youla in the first week of july 2021. Katerina gave us a very warm and enthousiastic welcome. She was very happy to receive guests after a long time because of corona and she is always at your service. She came twice to clean the vila. The villa was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children (17 and 19 years old). 3 bedrooms with airco were nice because of the warm summer days. The pool is spacious and great to cool off. It is maintained twice a week. There are good sunbeds and every moment of the day it is possible to sit in the shadow. The views from the two balconies on the first floor are splendid. 1 minute walking from the villa is a supermarket with good assortment including daily fresh bread. You can reach the sea and little harbour of Nissaki by a (sometimes bit steep) footpath in front of the vila in less than 5 minutes. We rented a boat at Nissaki rent a Boat in the harbour. Some restaurants are nearby on walking distance (Vitamins Taverna is recommended at 10 minutes walking). summarizing: very nice vila on a good location. definitely recommended to book!

We loved Villa Youla! It is spacious, well equipped with plenty of outdoor space and a lovely pool. Great that the bedrooms have air conditioning. Katerina looked after us very well. This was our 10th year visiting villa Youla. Initially we stayed with our grand children but we enjoyed staying so much we now bring the whole family of 10 booking sister villa Vasillis at the same time. Again we all enjoyed ourselves taking advantage of the glorious views across to Corfu Town & Albania & the short walk to tavernas at Nissaki small beach. My sister in law had a 81st birthday while on holiday and the owner Katerina advised us where to buy best the birthday cake in Corfu (Emerald). We hire a small car as a run about & it great not having to drive up roads (I think they are roads) to arrive at villa. Youla (& Vasillis) suit us perfectly & I hope we are able to book them both together again next year. Thanks another wonderful holiday with great memories.

Katerina who looks after the villa was fantastic and so helpful. This was our second year after staying at Vasillis last year and we will be back again soon . X

We enjoyed our holiday very much. The villa Youla is beautiful place with gorgeous view. The neighbourhood is one of the most beautiful regions on the island in our opinion. Also there are a lot of interesting things that could be seen on the Corfu island and town. Thank you very much for all support and assistance We didnt have any problems with the property and the maintenance from Agni Travel Team and the owners of the villa. Actually the owners ware very nice people and assisted us for every questions.

Most amazing position for a villa with wonderful views. So close to the beach and restaurants meant we could walk everywhere which was great. Especially liked the water taxi to Agni Taverna - most wonderful food there. Also Vitamins taverna meal was delicious. Katerina was so helpful and kind - a definite bonus for the villa Would love to go back and would definitely recommend it.
