Villa Ramos Uno is located in Puerto Calero, Lanzarote. This
semi-detached vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free

The villa itself is a modern style, yet furnished with traditional
furniture throughout. The accommodation is split across two floors and
benefits from a kitchen and lounge on both levels, providing a great
option for anyone wanting a retreat from the year round Canarian
sunshine.Double bedroom with en suite bathroom. Open plan lounge and
kitchen. Patio doors to pool terrace.
Kitchen, utility area with washing machine. Lounge. 2 Double bedrooms,
one with en suite bathroom. 1 twin bedroom. Family bathroom.

Living Room
The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace
with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a granite work top, toaster, coffee maker, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Ramos Uno has 4 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

The beds were very uncomfortable to the point of causing back pain to everyone, the entire villa needs an overhaul loungers are dirty and many of the outdoor seats are on the verge of dangerous, most of the shutters are broken and can’t be secured open, not all the doors are in full working order, our 2nd time booking this villa purely on the location but would rethink again as the beds are unacceptable.

Property was nice and clean but a little tired, needed some tlc No welcome pack, no information pack, no local area leaflets, curtains where not hung properly, we had to fix one of the showers to be able to use it.Outside lights was not working, but a quick message to the owner got the maintenance men around promptly which was appreciated, kitchens could have been stocked with more cutlery, crockery and glass wear. Fantastic location, great outside space, property has great potential to be a fantastic villa

Appalling experience

Absolutely disgusted with the condition of this property, nothing like as listed, photos are at least 10 years old. Dirty, tired, lifeless, everything broken or stained. Pool tiles falling off and in bad condition. Mattresses so uncomfortable and old. Only good thing was location. I’ve been to lanzarote twice a year since I was 9, now I’m 50, I’ve travelled loads in between also, I’ve never had such a bad experience. Fobbed off constantly by Agni property agents and the host just stopped communication. Be warned!

Roomy, dark, dated furniture, many particulars non-functional

Great location- walk to restaurants, swimming. Property dated, not maintained, A/C only partially functional, Door/window latches broken/stuck/non-workable. Bed mattresses old and chairs uncomfortable. Fans broken. Some electrical outlets not functional. Other than towels & toilet paper no amenities provided (no dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, trash bags, kitchen basics- e.g. salt/pepper/coffee) . Washing machine in doubtful working order (unplugged, water supply off). TV remote broken/batteries dead. Unit has two wi-fi connections, but password only provided (on web) for one which is not strong (other, better, may be found on base unit underside). No welcome booklet or any other printed materials regarding use of alarm/lights/appliances/wi-fi/trash provided. NB: trash must be transported by renter down to the port recycling dumpsters. This is not stated clearly on web (reference is to "green trash cans provided". No trash cans are provided for the rental.).The pool was fine and was cleaned well once during our 1 week stay.

Very enjoyable. When we arrived, we couldnt believe how accurate the property listing was. Clean, cozy and comfortable. Most of the time, we spent in the outdoor area, sunbathing, swimming, talking with the rest of our group, preparing meals ... We liked that a really lot! Nearby are nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. We highly recommend Villa Ramos Uno!

Lovely place! The villa was a good size and the pool was wonderful with plenty of loungers for everyone. Swimming in our private pool was a pleasure as was Puerto Calero and its gorgeous beach which was around an 8-minute walk away. It was the first time we had used this agency, but it certainly wont be the last. Thanks!

All perfect!!! Villa Ramos Uno was spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything we needed for a pleasant holiday. The pool area was magnificent. We visited Playa Grande and Playa de los Pocillos and really loved to alternate days between exploring different beaches and places nearby and having relaxing days at the villa. We had a lovely time there and we already rebooked it for next year.

Disappointing property do not consider for a holiday or booking with this company AGNI

A large property which could be lovely BUT... Poor standard of maintenance and repair, dirty, badly equipped, old stained and damaged furniture. Unsafe in parts, broken iron, dirty and ill-fitting mattresses, child gate broken. Plaque on Villa entrance says the company AGNI are in ABTA but they are not. When we wrote a complaint and asked for compensation for the discomfort and embarrassment (I had booked for other members of the family too) we had suffered we were accused of blackmail. Avoid this property and company AGNI at all costs.

Wonderful location

Upstairs feels a bit disconnected from pool area and pool was a bit cold. But the Villa was lovely and very spacious with all the amenities. The best thing though was the location of the Villa in relation to the resort which again was wonderful.

when we arrived at the location it was very easy to enter, we received the consent to check in earlier, at 1 pm I was in the villa. Very clean pool, clean house, clean bathrooms, clean linen. Everything was more than we expected considering the comments I had read. A quiet location. Lot of things in the kitchens, a lot of platesc, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine.

Beautiful villa with its own private pool and fantastic sea view

There were a few issues during our stay, most of which were dealt with promptly by the property manager.

Lage top, Haus flop

Im ganzen Haus durfte man nur eine Toilette für das Große Geschäft benutzen.... Es war dreckig vor allem die Bäder und der Poolbereich.... Das Sofa im unteren Bereich kaputt und dreckig.... Es gibt viele Ecken die witklich schandhaft und dreckig waren. Wäre das Haus sauber gewesen wäre es ein perfekter Urlaub.

4 day stay at Villa Ramos Uno

The pool area hadn't been cleaned. There were shards of glass, human hair, cigarette butts, kids toys and what I'm hoping was a water balloon and not a used condom. Outside table was filthy. We contacted Agni on the 4th September and supplied photos. It wasn't cleaned until the Friday 6th September slightly longer than we hoped as we were only there for a 4 night stay.

We enjoyed very much staying at this beautiful villa! It has 4 airconditioned bedrooms that was so well enjoyed. The house is absolutely beautiful! It has swimming pool and a nice patio where we had breakfast and dinner when we didnt feel like going out. The kitchen is well equipped. It has all the tools necessary to cooking and eating. The villa is within 15 minutes walking distance from the beach. There are stores within walking distance in case you need any supplies. The view from the terrace upstairs is absolutely beautiful and guess what sea views. absolutely breathtaking.

We would thoroughly recommend this property as it is in an excellent location in respect of its proximity to beautiful Puerto Calero. The pool area is well sheltered from the Canarian winds with lovely views over the marina and sea. The villa is safe for children with stair and pool gates and so would suit a young family very well.
