An angular swimming pool measuring 8 x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 100 to 190 cm and available throughout the entire year from 01 January to 31 December, invites you to relax and unwind in complete privacy. Reliable Internet WiFi keeps you connected throughout your stay, while ample parking on the premises accommodates up to 3 cars with ease. The ground floor welcomes you with a spacious and bright living and dining room, complete with a dining table and a flat screen satellite and digital television, as well as air conditioning and forced-air heating. From this level, you have direct access to the patio and the swimming pool, both benefiting from a south-facing and west-facing orientation. Also on this floor, 5 bedrooms are each furnished with 2 single beds measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, each equipped with individual air conditioning and forced-air heating. A dedicated children's room features 1 set of bunk beds, also measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. The large, open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and De'Longhi capsules for the coffee machine. 3 shower and WC bathrooms serve the ground floor. The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, hosts a living and sleeping room with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, air conditioning, forced-air heating, and electric shutters. An additional bedroom on this floor features 1 French bed measuring 180 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with direct access to the terrace. A shower and WC bathroom completes the upper level. It is worth noting that there is no internal connecting door between the 2 floors.
