A dedicated children's room features 1 set of bunk beds, also measuring 90 cm by 190 cm. The large, open-plan kitchen on this level is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, an electric coffee machine, and De'Longhi capsules for the coffee machine. 3 shower and WC bathrooms serve the ground floor.
