Very Special Cottage In A Rural Landscape Surrounded By Ancient Rocks

Detached. Located on one hectare of gentle Sardinian countryside. A charming decor to make your stay a magical dream. Built from natural materials that will keep you in touch with the elements. The house was converted and restored by its owner. It has a wonderful fresh atmosphere with thick walls and a wooden beamed ventilated roof.
You will enjoy romantic and peaceful nights under starry skies. Cocktails on the veranda in front of multicoloured sunsets and surrounded by myrtle, wild olive and oak trees. For an invigorating holiday, with a sense of freedom.
The house is located in a very private and spacious spot.
The Mezzanine has a floor of precious wood and a king size bed. A double bed plus a single sofa-bed in the living room. Both double beds are made in bamboo with natural kapok mattresses that will enhance your sleep. The single bed is in teak. Two bright verandas overlooking the small town of Arzachena and the surrounding hills.
Bathroom with large tub/shower and a washing machine.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
WiFi. Small Smart TV.
Good mobile telephone reception.
There are between one and two kilometres of dirt roads. Not recommended for low sport cars.
There is a 100€ fee for final cleaning.
And 250€ warranty deposit to be paid cash on arrival and hopefully refunded cash at your departure.
There is as well a tourist tax of 2,50€ a day for the first 7 days for guests over 16 years old to be paid on arrival.
For extra set of bedlinens the cost will be 25€. We provided with the reservation 1 bedlinens every (2) guests.

Nice cottage in the hills near Arzachena

We stayed in this cottage for 5 days, the host Fabiana gave us a very warm welcome (even surprising us with diner on the day of arrival). Very comfortable house, beautiful view and perfect location to discover the nothern part of Sardinia.

Beautiful, serene rural retreat

An absolutely fantastic stay at Fabiana's place in rural northern Sardinia. The space is huge, very comfortable, with private outdoor space and a large veranda. While very warm (especially in July) the space was so comfortable we did not mind, and was a great place to relax, read, listen to music, with lots to do nearby, including beautiful beaches 25 mins drive away, and local fruit/vegetable shops to get food to eat out in the sun. A brilliant stay, and we'd definitely return next time we're in Sardinia

Tasteful house in a beautiful landscape

The house is immersed in the beautiful and surprisingly green landscape of the Costa Smeralda. The hostess Fabiana is very accommodating and helpful in everything. There was even a printer which was very helpful... in the evening we really enjoyed sitting on the terrace and looking out over the countryside. Although there was a heatwave, it was comfortable inside the house. Our dog loved it as well - we will come back!

We absolutely loved this little house. The house is literally made with love. It has so many beautiful details and materials everywhere. The result is a really peaceful atmosphere. Bali meets Sardegna. Nice view from the terrasse, perfectly equiped kitchen, wifi always working, we missed absolutely nothing. Great surrounding with rocks and lots of greenery. Wonderful house and very friendly owner

We booked very spontaneous and got immediately response. We were spending a week with family and a dog and had a relaxing time and everything we needed. Fabiana is very friendly and gave us space and we felt welcome and home there. Everything is clean and lovely in a Bali house style with place for yoga, cooking and with a beautiful bathroom with laundry machine ! In the evening there is a wonderful view on Arzachena ! The house is sourrounded by rocks and beautiful beaches are per car in 26 to 30 minutes distance! Shops are around and beautiful old Archäologie. I highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time there ! Fabiana tells you everything you need to now about this area including the natural spring place to get fresh drinking water. The price is also very fair thankyou Fabiana

Huis is heel gunstig gelegen boven Olbia. In een half uur zijn grote delen van het Noorden te bereiken. Huis ligt achteraf, mooi rustig, landelijk. De weg vanaf het huis naar Azarchena is heel slecht, door dwarsrichels. De andere kant op is goed te doen.De eigenaresse woont vlakbij. Ze laat je met rust maar is wel altijd paraat. Huis is van alle gemakkken voorzien, behalve een koffiezetapparaat. De bedden zijn enigszins hard. Er is geen airco, maar met een beetje doorwaaien koelt het wel af. Lekker buitenruimte, de kat van de eigenaresse komt som s even langs, Veel vogeltjes, de schildpad hebben wij niet gezien.

Tolles Haus, tolle Insel!

Vielen Dank an unsere nette Gastgeberin Fabiana für den netten Empfang und die guten Tipps! Wir haben die Woche in ihrem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen! Alles Naturmaterialien und sehr gut abgestimmt. Zu jeder Zeit eine Sonnen- und Schattenterrasse und viele schöne Buchten mit dem Auto in 20-30 min erreichbar.

Wundervolles Haus im Hinterland der Costa Smeralda

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus hat überall kleine Details, die einfach nur schön sind, wir haben viel gekocht und gebacken und lange Abende auf der Terrasse verbracht. Überall gibt es Sitzgelegenheiten und ganz besonders: eine große BT Box mit Disko Beleuchtung!

Wundervolle Ferienoase auf Sardinien

Wir haben als Paar dieses wundervolle Ferienhaus für 11Tage angemietet. Es war wirklich ein Traum. Fabiana ist eine ganz tolle Gastgeberin/Vermieterin. Sie hat uns vor unserer Anreise bereits kontaktiert und per Sprachnachricht eine genaue Wegbeschreibung vom Flughafen OLBIA gegeben. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Wir waren zu zweit, aber es könnten auch noch ca. 2-3 Personen zusätzlich übernachten. Die Lage ist abseits des Massentourismus, so richtig zum Seele baumeln lassen. Der Ausblick von einer der beiden Terassen des Hauses auf Arzachena unbeschreiblich und der abendliche Sternenhimmel unbezahlbar :) Fabiana wohnt auf dem Grundstück nebenan (100m) und war für alle Fragen immer erreichbar. Auch hat sie uns zu unserem Hochzeitstag geholfen eine Tischreservierung bei einem sehr exquisiten Italiener zu machen, sowie in ihrem wundervollen Garten Fotos von uns zu machen (Fabiana du bist großartig, bleib so wie du bist!). Für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes in diesem Ferienhaus ist auf jedenfall ein Mietwagen wichtig. Dieser sollte schon etwas geländegängig sein (SUV oder Jeep ist ganz gut), denn die Strassenabschnitte zum Haus als auch zu einigen Stränden sind etwas wilder ;) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind innerhalb von 10-12 min erreichbar und schöne Strände ab ca. 20min mit dem Auto. Wir können jedem dieses Ferienhaus empfehlen und werden bestimmt auch noch einmal wiederkommen. Fabians du bist die perfekte Vermieterin für uns :)

Häuschen im Grünen mit sympathischer Gastgeberin

Wir können uns den positiven Erfahrungen nur anschließen: Fabianas gemütliches Haus ist sehr persönlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer spärlich bewohnten, sehr natürlichen Umgebung und man hat einen schönen Ausblick auf Olivenbäume und in der Ferne das Dörfchen Arzachena. Tagsüber tummeln sich niedliche Eidechsen im Garten. Fabiana war per Whatsapp immer erreichbar und hat sich rührend gekümmert, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Einziger Wermutstropfen war für uns, dass es nachts einige ziemlich aktive Hunde gab, die sich bellend ausgetauscht haben. Aber das ist wohl nicht immer der Fall. Alles in allem haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen: Grazie, Fabiana!

Nette Vermieterin und fairer Preis

Fabiana ist eine super nette Vermieterin, die bri Fragen sofort zur Stelle ist und gute Tipps geben kann. Sie wohnt auf dem gleichen Grundstück in einem weiteren Haus außer Sichtweite und kommt gelegentlich zum Blumengießen vorbei. Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen und ein Mietwagen ist daher Pflicht. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es mit dem Auto rund 10 Minuten, zum nächstgelegenen Strand etwa 25 Minuten. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und sehr ruhig wie beschrieben. Es könnte lediglich etwas sauberer sein und das Bett ist nichts für Menschen mit leichten Rückenbeschwerden - hier wäre eine kleine Investition wünschenswert. Uns fehlte etwas ein Pool, sodass man vielleicht auch mal zwei, drei Tage zu Hause chillen kann und nicht immer fahren muss. Aber dass es den Pool nicht gibt, war ja vorher klar und daher gibt es natürlich auch keinen Abzug. Hierfür müsste man dann auch entsprechend mehr Geld in die Hand nehmen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist - zumindest verglichen mit anderen Unterkünften auf der Insel - in Ordnung und fair. Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub an den Stränden der Costa Smeralda. Danke Fabiana - und alles Liebe! Theresia & Jan

Großartiger Urlaub

Wir waren zwei Wochen auf Sardinien und erlebten eine grüne und blühende Insel mit viel Charme und Ursprünglichkeit. Das Ferienhaus von Fabiana liegt abseits von jedem Trubel, nach etwas abenteuerlicher Anfahrt, sehr ruhig zwischen Olivenbäumen. In wenigen Autominuten ist man in den umliegenden Orten, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Vom Hafenstädtchen Palau aus, fahren die Boote zur Inselgruppe La Maddalena, die man auf jeden Fall besuchen sollte. Wir haben ein kleines (Segel) Boot gewählt und der Ausflug war ein echtes Highlight des Urlaubs. Buchen kann man direkt im Hafen. Das Ferienhaus von Fabiana ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und Fabiana war jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Stelle. Sie gab uns viele tolle Tipps für Restaurants, Strände und es war immer nett mit ihr zu plaudern. Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Urlaub in Ihrem Häuschen und kommen gerne wieder!

Genussvoller Natururlaub

Wir waren als Paar mit Kleinkind in diesem Ferienhaus. Wir lieben die Natur, daher hat uns die abgelegene Lage fernab von jedem Lärm sehr gefallen. Trotzdem ist man in 20-30 Autominuten an vielen zauberhaften Stränden und Wanderwegen. Auch die Nähe zu dem historischen und lebhaften Dörfchen San Pantaleo ist für einen Kaffee am Morgen oder ein gemütliches Abendessen perfekt. Die Gastgeberin ist unglaublich lieb und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Grundstück und die Privatsphäre ist wunderschön. Das Häuschen ist mit sehr viel Liebe ausgestaltet. Es ist zwar einfach, aber traumhaft. Wir haben hier nichts vermisst und Ruhe, Natur und Sinnlichkeit gefunden. Ein Paradies für uns. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder.

I am an Italo-Argentinian woman who chose this special site on the wonderful island of Sardinia as my residence since 1990. I am used to travelling around the world for work, previously as an airline stewardess & more recently as a fashion designer. I have spent a lot of my time in Asia.
I always look forward to getting back to this paradise. I love living amidst this wonderful natural environment that is calming and gets close to the spirit, in a very pure contact with nature. When I come back from my trips abroad I live in the house located 80 meters from the cottage. I renovated the houses to be a reflection of the ancient Sardinian style, respecting the environment while incorporating modern materials. I furnished them with touches of Asian style to create a fusion of old & new, Asian and Mediterranean.
This will be the very first time I am going to rent the cottage and I hope that all my guests will enjoy the magical atmosphere of the place.
