Single story Villa on luxury gated Terra Verde resort. Open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen. Has 2 King sized double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 twin bedrooms with shared bathroom. Both twins can be made up as king doubles if party prefers.
We have a private pool with a spa (please not this is not a hot tub but does have bubbles and is heated when pool heat is on) and extended west facing deck with 4 sun loungers and 4 patio chairs/table.
We have a games room with washer/dryer and slate adult pool table and football table.
Gated community with 24 hr security and excellent clubhouse facilities and resort pool.

Perfect Getaway

We rented this property because it was close to the house we own in the same resort. We were so impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the property. It had all the conveniences and comforts of home! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay.

EvansVillaTV was Great!

We last stayed here 10 years ago around the same time of year. The villa has everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The pool/spa were great, comfy, clean beds and rooms, spacious dining area and kitchen and the pool table and fooseball were a hit as well. We will definitely book again.

The house is very good, the only suggestion would be to replace the mattresses as they are all deformed.

Nice place, private pool was a win!

Easy rental process, easy check in and out. Owners were good with communication. House was stocked with what you need and easy to keep clean with the tile floors and 1 floor layout. My kids loved the attached private pool.

Nice House, Well stocked with all the things you need.

Nice place well stocked, if I had one suggestion I would add a Kurig to the property. We didn't use the club house this trip, we have used that when staying at a different property and it was nice.

Amazing Villa in Florida

Another amazing stay at Evans Villa. Weve been coming here for 15yrs now, its like home from home. The villa itself has everything you need and is so welcoming and comfortable. Pool area is amazing. The beds are the comfiest ive ever slept in. Management are amazing as are the owners. The location is perfect with Walmart 5mins away along with all the eateries on the 192 and you are practically 10mins away from Disney. Terra Verde where the villa is based is a gated community which feels safe. Our kids have grown up coming to this villa and we would highly recommend it. eversleptsleManagement

Christmas Trip

Very nice property! Plenty of room for our family of six. It was so nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. House was clean and everything functioned properly. Communication with the host was excellent. Very easy check in process. Great location for Universal and Disney. The only recommendation I would make for future guests is to stock up on items like paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, excellent location!

Just returned home after spending 6 nights at this great home. I travelled with my husband and my father-in-law to visit our daughter so I was looking for a 1 floor home. The house was the perfect size with 4 large bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms had en-suites which is another bonus feature. The house was clean and well-maintained. The pool is a west-facing pool so we had sun all afternoon! The communication with Suzanne was A1 and the management crew were very kind. We didn’t go to the community pool and Tiki Hut but we have stayed at Terra Verde Resorts before and it is a great place to hang out with family. We would definitely love to rent this property again when we come back to Florida.

Not a good stay

We went to relax and we couldn’t do that due to the next door neighbor was having there roof redone from 7am to 6pm .. We went because we lost our mom and need some R&R … There was things that was broke and we called and said it was after six then respond 4 days later to come the day before we checked out so we wasted our Saturday waiting for him to be told he will come the next day…We was not told about the Easter egg hunt and the pool and hot tub was cold ..

I am sorry that our next door neighbours were having work on their roof but there was nothing we could do about that as all villas are privately owned. There was a notice at the clubhouse about the Easter egg hunt and I contacted our Management Company about the pool heating and he said it was on during your stay. We advertise that we have a spa attached to our pool which is not the same as a hot tub. I also asked our MC about what was broken and he said you had broken the lock to the garage and he tried to ring you to organise fixing it. You did contact me half way into your stay to ask for an extra day so I am surprised to hear of the above

Don’t have a grill

The only thing that I was disappointed is that they put that the house have a grill so I bought some steaks and when I arrived to the house I look for the gas grill, but there is no grill there . The house is very nice , clean , good place to stay , just need.a grill .

Relaxing vacation

House was very clean, we really enjoyed the pool table, swimming pool and the beds were very comfortable. Lots of things to do without ever leaving the community. Also was only a 7 min drive to make it to walmart. Only had one issue, the door code wouldn't work but was remedied within 2 minutes. Great experience. Would rent again.

Great Stay

Absolutely loved the location of the property. SO close and convenient to Disney parks, Springs, Medieval Times, shopping, and everything. No noise from the airport traffic or 192, even though both are close. Clean, comfortable, and the community amenities are also great. Great stay!

Beautiful home and neighborhood

Home was beautiful, as pictured. We spent a week at the residence and we had so much fun at the pool and the beds were very comfortable. Only issue we had was with some of the cleaning. The vents were not cleaned, they were full of dust and all the Tupperware was dirty. There was green mold on the floor outside of the bathroom going to the pool and some green mold in the hot tub section of the pool. There was hair on the towels and in the bathroom shower connecting to the pool. We cleaned as much as we could ourselves as not to have anyone else come to the house while we were there but you can still see some mold on the pool floors. One of the pans, some serving spoons and Tupperware should be also be replaced.

Thanks for your review which we will passing on to our Management Company who are responsible for cleaning. We usually stay ourselves every year but have been unable to do so due to travel restrictions and check out all equipment in the kitchen to see if replacements are due but will ask MC to do this ASAP. We have requested a full clean of the aircon vents which is due to be done as soon as we get a gap in calendar in early September

Excellent vacation rental!!

Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of rooms, great pool and spa and pool and Foosball table were lots of fun. Excellent communication from the renter during the entire stay..HIGHLY recommend for a Disneyworld stay!!
