It is fully equipped with TV, Wifi, washing machine, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, etc. There is also a private parking space in the underground garage and another one outside in the urbanisation.  
The urbanisation is quiet, only 3 minutes walk (260m) to the sandy beach Las Marinas. The nearest restaurants are about 100 m away and several supermarkets are 600 m away. The centre of Denia is only 3.5 km away.   The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your holidays. Mild Mediterranean climate, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia offers an excellent infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different sports, surfing, sailing ...., beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is situated in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities can be reached within an hour's drive. In the area you can also find 2 golf courses, Oliva Nova Golf at 9 and La Sella at 13 km.
