Two bedroom apartment (max. 6 people) located in a residence with swimming pool in Lazise ( The apartment (approx. 80 sqm) is located on the mezzanine floor (6 Steps), has been partially renovated and refurnished. It's divided into a large living room with kitchenette, a sofa that may be converted into a double bed. From the living room you access a terrace (10 sqm) exposed towards south, where it is possible to dine in the sun enjoying the garden view. The apartment has a double bedroom with pool view, a smaller bedroom with two bunk beds, plus a possible third pull-out bed and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The apartment has Wi-Fi, foreign satellite channels and air conditioning.
The property has also a covered outdoor parking space (measures L 235 cm, H 200 cm, W 600 cm) near to the entrance.
The strength of the property is its proximity to the lake, only 200 meters away and to the center of Lazise approx. 250 meters. The nearest supermarket is only a 3 minute walking distance and there is a public beach at 300 mt away.
It is compulsory to wear a bathing cap in the pool.
Pool is opened from 15/06 till 15/09

Pets are welcome in our apartment. However, as per the condominium regulations, they cannot access the common green area without a leash and cannot access the pool area.

Family of five, stayed for six nights

Quiet, calm, and enclosed area with several apartments with a shared outdoor space that includes a relatively large swimming pool. Spacious apartment with a short distance to the old town. Very nice, the only drawbacks are some hassle with check-in, which must be done at the landlord's office a couple of kilometers outside the city, as well as garbage disposal that must occur on the other side of the town. Also, some strange rules regarding opening hours and use of the swimming pool.

ruhig gelegene und solide ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Lazise als Ort ist sehr interessant und es gibt vieles zu entdecken. Das gastronomische Angebot ist vielfältig und sehr empfehlenswert, auch für Freunde der etwas gehobenerer Küche

sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Eine tolle Wohnung in überragender Lage. Das Zentrum, der Supermarkt und vor allem der Gardasee ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Einfach überragend. Leider hat das zweite Zimmer mit dem Hochbett keine Klimaanlage. Wir konnten aber problemlos den großen Wohnschlafraum auch mit mehreren Personen benutzen. Die Küche hätte mal eine Renovierung nötig. Die relativ kleine Größe der Küche wird im Onlineauftritt aber bereits erwähnt und gezeigt. Die Fenster sind zum Teil etwas wackelig, sind aber voll funktionstüchtig. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war ausgesprochen gut, hilfreich und nett.
