Villa Isabel

We’ve just had a week at Villa Isabel. Lovely property in a great location, 5 mins walk from the centre of Pollensa and an ideal base for touring the North of the island. Maria was great and very responsive from the moment we booked. Would highly recommend.

Lovely villa in a lovely town

Loved our familymoon at Maria’s villa. She was a lifesaver and rescued us as we got lost trying to find the villa! Pollença is a short walk from the villa which is great but the walk home is up a VERY steep hill! We definitely worked off our tapas! The pool and outdoor area was fabulous and not enough was made of the view as it was incredible. Thanks Maria!

Great villa for a relaxing stay

This villa was perfect for my wife and me for a relaxing holiday. It is stylish, spacious, well equipped and has great views. I used the pool every day and we visited a different restaurant every night. The approach roads are narrow and steep, but we were expecting that having been to Pollenca before. The house has off-road parking which is rare in this area. Just make sure the car rental company don't persuade you to upgrade to a larger car!

Relaxation in Pollensa

Great stay in super well equipped house. Very well located. Up the hill but that wasn’t an issue for us and resulted in wonderful views. Beautifully clean on arrival. Stay in early May with temp 18-21 degrees so didn’t need heating or air conditioning. WiFi excellent with good speed. The only small minor was there were some ants encroaching from the patio into the lounge/downstairs bedroom. But some traps were stopping most of them.

Fantastic town centre location

If you love Pollenca or want to explore it, this villa is perfect. Off road parking is a bonus, but getting into the parking space isn’t helped by other vehicles parking nearby! Easy access to great beaches including Port de Pollenca which is a 15 min drive away. Don’t expect too much of the air conditioning - we resorted to switching it off and opening windows. Small pool but more than adequate after a hot day around town or on beach. Great views from the balconies and the terrace. Very enjoyable stay in a beautiful town.

Fantastic villa in Pollenca

Fantastic villa in a perfect location in Pollenca. Easily walk-able into the town (either down the Calvari Steps or via the streets (which was easier with a pushchair). 4 of us stayed in this villa (2 adults and 2 children). The villa was clean and very well equipped with modern appliances and decor. The only issue we had was with the Aircon which we reported to Juan & Maria and they quickly came to sort until we were happy - couldn't have asked for more. Outside area was perfect also, the only thing we missed was some kind of outdoor sofa for drinks in the evening - but this did not ruin our stay at all. All in all we loved the villa and we will definitely be back!

Fabulous

We have been visiting Pollenca for more than 10 years and have stayed in multiple properties in the town. This property is situated in the Calvari area and we enjoyed a great stay at this lovely property in a super location. The house and terrace were perfect for our 2 week stay, the pool and terrace were the highlight for us. The kitchen is superbly equipped, loads of crockery, cutlery and equipment should you need it. The main bedroom and shower were very comfortable. We arrived late and Maria met us to let us in, she was very responsive during our stay to any questions and when we did have an issue with the a/c it was dealt with quickly. In summary a lovely stay.

Family holiday

Lovely villa in a great location (2mins off the Calvari steps). The villa feels almost new having been fitted out to a high standard. Note that the bedrooms consist of 1 double and 1 small single bedroom upstairs with the 3rd bedroom being a double sofa bed in the downstairs living room. Sofa bed was very comfortable but not a private bedroom as its the access to the garden. Contact with the owner was great with very quick and easy check in and check out! Recommend!

Wunderbares zentral gelegenes Haus

Das Haus ist ein wirklicher Schatz. Es liegt zentral, aber dennoch ruhig - keine 5 Gehminuten oberhalb des Zentrums von Pollenca. Es ist sauber, gepflegt und alles da, was man braucht. Der Check-In/Out war super. Bei Fragen antwortete Vermieterin Maria sofort. Einfach ein toller Ort, um die Ferien zu verbringen.

We had the most relaxing stay in superb surroundings.the house is stunning everything you could ever wish for is here. The only thing as with other reviews was the air con.we switched it off as it didn't do anything but it was nothing .we had a beautiful break in the most amazing house in a perfect location.muchos Gracia's xx

Terrific Holiday in Pollensa

As a family we have stayed in Pollensa numerous times. This villa is the best we have stayed at both for location and standard of property. Modern well presented villa with terrific outdoor space with panoramic views of the old town. We will be back.

Fab Villa Isabel with Awesome Views

Beautiful villa , great extra touches to make your stay a real holiday. Lovely outdoor space. Metres from Calvari Steps and great cafes and eateries. Air-con in bedrooms needs a cooler temp for more comfortable sleep. We thoroughly recommend trying this great property.

Das Haus verfügt über eine top Ausstattung, es ist wirklich alles da, was man für ein rundum sorglos Paket braucht (inklusive eines Parkplatzes). Der Garten ist ein Traum, der Pool wunderbar und man hat einen sensationellen Blick über Pollenca und die Serra de Tramuntana. Pollenca erreicht man in wenigen Gehminuten und ist ein sehenswertes Städtchen mit tollen Bars, Restaurants, Cafes, alles ist sehr gemütlich. Die Hausübergabe verlief absolut entspannt und reibungslos. Maria ist super nett und auskunftsfreudig. Das Objekt ist absolut zu empfehlen.

Beautiful house in a superb location

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabel and would return. A well designed house, great views of the town and mountains. Really well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Grounds and pool are well maintained. The only issue we experienced was the air-conditioning in our last few days which wasn't working efficiently. The location is fantastic, just a short stroll to the centre of town. The owner's attention to detail is evident throughout from the instructions manual through to kitchen equipment and utensils and hairdryer in bathroom. We would highly recommend Villa Isabel.

Beautiful Villa with Stunning Views

This is a stunning house about 100 yards away from the Calvari steps (just over 1/2 way up). It is a circa 4-5 minute walk into the main square of Pollensa. The finish of the property is superb and provides all of the services needed for a holiday (including air con) with a great size garden and swimming pool with a resistance jet in for those who take their swimming seriously! The views from the upstairs reception are stunning towards Port Pollensa/Cala San Vicente/Formentor and the parking space is a life saver given how tight some parking is in the area. If you have got little ones (sub 5 years old), you need to be careful as it is not baby friendly and difficult to set up baby gates etc. Be aware that this is not a natural 3 bed, 5 person house. It is in fact a 2 bed, 2 reception, kitchen/diner house. It is a double & single upstairs. There are two reception rooms - one upstairs with balcony (where the TV is which has Netflix set up) and one downstairs. The downstairs one is the claimed 3rd bedroom but this is also the only access into the garden. It is a single sofa bed - our "double bed" in that room was the sofa bed plus a camp bed next to each other. Even with the above - this house is gorgeous, the owner is lovely, the view stunning, garden perfect size and big for Pollensa standards. I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic villa in Pollenca old town close to all amenities

We had a great holiday in this villa located close to the Calvario steps in Pollenca and within easy walking distance to the main square with it's selection of bars and restaurants. The property has extensive outdoor space and enjoys great views across the town and down towards Cap Formentor. Inside the villa was spacious and supplied with extensive modern gadgetry as well as being very comfortable. We would recommend this villa. Many thanks to Juan & Maria for an enjoyable & relaxing stay.

Great, well-equipped villa in a central location

We couldn't fault this villa. It had everything you could possibly want in terms of furnishings and kit (much of it brand new), is well-located about 5 minutes walk from the centre of Pollensa, had off-street parking (a massive plus in itself given the location) and beautiful views down to the Formentor peninsula in the distance. We could not recommend this property enough (though families with small children might find the split levels slightly stressful).

Lovely villa in superb location

This is one of the best equipped villas we have ever stayed in - there was everything that you could possibly need! The rooms were clean, well decorated and comfortable. The air conditioning was a boon as the weather was also very hot during our stay. The pool and outside area were also lovely. Our only issue was that the blinds in the downstairs bedroom were inadequate and our daughter was woken every morning by the sun rise - thicker, blackout blinds would be better for keeping out the sun and heat. The location was also superb being a short walk to the centre of Pollensa but a quiet spot. We had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this villa.

This was a fantastic villa. Lovely views, superbly located, stylish, absolutely perfect for me, my wife and two daughters. Probably not one for very young kids due to split level and one bedroom being downstairs on its own. We had a super holiday.
