Dispõe de 2 quartos, um em suite, com cama de casal e outro com duas camas individuais e com casa de banho ao lado, com duche. O quarto principal dispõe de casa de banho com banheira.
A cozinha é totalmente equipada com máquina de lavar roupa e louça, micro ondas, máquina de café e todos os utensílios que necessite para cozinhar.

Sehr schönes Appartment in einer schönen Anlage. Das Besondere an diesem Appartment ist die Lage direkt an der Altstadt und nur 10 Minuten zu Fuss vom Strand entfernt. Wir hatten 2 mal in unserer Zeit einen Cleaning Service, dabei wurden die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher ausgewechselt. Paula, unsere Vermieterin, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen die wir hatten und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

It is all about location

We really liked the location of the property! It is right across from the promenade at the waterfront with a lovely view. Walking distance to many restaurants! Unfortunately the weather during the second half of our 2 month stay was rainy, cool and windy so we were inside quite a bit. The apartment itself was okay but very basically equipped which meant we had to purchase many items. Seating in the living room needs to be enhanced and a newer TV would add to the time spent indoors. Housekeeping is only every other week and that was at times a nuisance. But Paula is lovely and she tried her best!!

Perfect accommodation & location

Spacious, good quality accommodation. The apartment is very well equipped with a fantastic terrace and an amazing view. It's the perfect location, close to the beach and town and we will definitely re book next time we visit Alvor.

Property is probably located in the best location in Alvor, within 5 mins walk of numerous restaurants/pubs, harbour and lovely boardwalk, which leads out to a magnificent beach.. Access to the property is through electronic gates which makes it very safe and secure. We stayed in the 2 bed property which is large and spacious, and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Very safe pool with sunbeds allocated to each property. Lovely sitting on the balcony in the evening watching the sun go down over the estuary and having a nice glass of wine. Would recommend this property and would hope to return. Thanks Paula for a lovely week.

The Apartment was amazing

The Apartment and Apartment Complex was fantastic. It was of a very high standard. The Apartment was spotless and had all the mod cons as was the Complex itself. The pool area was kept to a very high standard and always spotless. The view from our apartment was just breath taking and the pictures we had viewed before we went did not do it justice. We were a few minutes walk from the Beach which was amazing, a few minutes to the Harbour which also was breath taking and five minutes or less into the beautiful village which had fantastic eateries and shops. It was great to have the WIFI for the 2 weeks and the use of a safe in the apartment. The Apartment and Complex provided us with everything we needed and we felt like it was home away from home. It was a very safe and beautiful Complex. We were so so happy with Clube Alvor Ria that we hope as a family to return again next year. Paula was fantastic from the time we booked to arranging our Transfers to and from the airport and meeting us on the day we arrived to help us settle in and go through the accommodation with us. The whole experience was hassle free from booking it to arriving and our stay. We would highly recommend this accommodation and Alvor itself and one of the most amazing relaxing holidays we ever had. Many Thanks and we hope to return next year. From all the Callaghan Family xxxxxx

Where do I start, the apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. 2 main bedrooms and a smaller one with a sofa bed which was big enough for our 15 year old nephew. The apartment was cleaned at the start of our 2nd week and is immaculately maintained throughout. Sunbeds on the big balcony, and more out at the pool area, they are all numbered for each apartment so there's no worrying about about being up early to make sure you get a bed. The location is perfect, right on the harbour and at the start of the town. The sun reaches the balcony just about 1500 which was perfect as we then had the sun till it set. The views are suberb, sitting watching boats leave and come back in again on the glistening water is so relaxing and the sunsets are really something else to see. The owner Paula is a lovely lady, only a phone call or email away. The beaches are the best we've ever been on, and the resuarants are fantastic, our particular favourites are Ruccula, Casa Do Ria and Vagabondo. There are 2 good supermarkets in town and both are very reasonably priced. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment last year, and hope to book the 2 bedroom again for next year as we come back for a family wedding. You won't go wrong if you book this apartment.

Great apartment

The apartment at Clube Alvor Ria is beautifully situated, with harbour views and within minutes of the village and all the shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace, and being on the ground floor, is near to the pool. This was our second stay in this apartment, and there have been improvements made since we last stayed - new furniture, new aircon, wi-fi connection. Paula was extremely helpful in arranging our booking, giving early access, and making sure we were aquainted with the amenities. There is a dishwasher, washing machine - all mod cons. I would not wish to stay anywhere else in Alvor - lovely apartment - smooth arrangements. Well satisfied .

My name is Paula. I live in Portimão, where I teach. When I was a child I used to play near the place where Clube Alvor Ria stands today. I used to go to Alvor beach on my holidays and I loved to walk from the village to the beach and I've always passed by this beautiful place. Alvor was always my beach. I've lived in Lisbon for a long time, but when I came back to the Algarve I saw that these apartments were starting their construction and we knew that this was the place where we wanted to buy an apartment. This locaton is in deed unique and an unbeatable location. The apartment has astonsihing views. I'm very pleased that we've bought an apartment in this fantastic place.

This is a modern apartment, very well equipped and comfortable. It is a large apartment with a central location in the condominium, just opposite to Alvor's river and for that reason it enjoys from a fantastic view over the river and over the complex's swimming pool. The balcony is quite spacious and it benefits from the afternoon and evening sun making the perfect place for for a great holiday.

Best location in Alvor, absolutely fabulous views from the apartments, near the beach (only 5 minutes walk), in front of the beautiful Alvor's harbour and 50 metres away from the village centre.
Beautiful, modern, up scale apartments, very spacious, comfortable with a great equipment, offering air conditioning.
Well maintained gardens and condominium. Secure parking. Private condominium with access through a card for pedestrians and a remote control for the cars.
