Beach villa with sea view roof terrace for the whole family

Villa Alvor Praia was designed as a second home for its owners. It has an excellent location and an amazing roof terrace with plenty of sun and ocean front views. It is fully equipped. It has a small garden / BBQ and different lounge areas and al fresco dinning. With 2 double rooms and 1 twin room on the 2nd floor, the villa accommodates 6 people (it is not wheelchair accessible as sleeping quarters are up the stairs). The villa is within walking distance to the beach and to Alvor centre.
Alvor is a quiet fishing village by the Alvor Ria with all the amenities, a long sandy beach, scenic pathways along the river and plenty of water activities, day trips and restaurants around.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

This property was constructed directly by us and decorated as a summer villa to be used by the family.
We love Alvor because it still retains the charm of an old fishing port but has all modern amenities. The place is extremely beautiful with a very large sandy beach and close to the best spots in Algarve.

What makes this property unique

The villa has a fantastic roof terrace with great sea views and a pergola has been recently added for further comfort. Air conditioning, wifi, parking, cable tv and weekly cleaning service are all included. Location is excellent, in the words of our previous guests!
