On the ground floor, it has a beautiful terrace with an outdoor shower ideal for when you return from the beach, a spacious living room with a wonderful César Manrique-style wooden staircase, a full bathroom and a fully equipped independent kitchen: oven-microwave, ceramic hob , dishwasher, fridge and freezer, and all appliances: washing machine, toaster, water heater, coffee maker, kettle and a utility room where you can leave sports equipment such as bicycles.
