Tolles Wetter, tolle Umgebung, tolles Haus (leider etwas schmutzig, aber imnhalb von 30 Minuten war alles behoben), sehr netter Nachbar, der auch den Schlüssel verwaltet. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in voölen Zügrn genossen.

Una casa de vacaciones perfecta

Realmente disfrutamos nuestras vacaciones en esta hermosa casa. Tiene una ubicación céntrica y tranquila. Todo es muy fácil de llegar a pie. El propietario y los vecinos son particularmente amables y serviciales. El equipamiento de la casa no deja nada que desear. Éramos una familia de cuatro con dos adultos jóvenes y lo pasamos de maravilla. Me encantaría volver en cualquier momento.

Very nice villa we did have a slight ant problem in the kitchen quickly resolved with spray

Did enjoy our holiday just one comment if there were some nice seating out side it would have been lovely the white plastic chairs Are fine for a short while But maybe a wicker with cushions would be nice Loved the location so peaceful would love to return

We all had a great holiday the villa had everything you needed and more home from home .

The pool was perfect and the area round the pool was nicely set out the neighbour came in and cleaned the pool .The villa was a lot more spacious than i thought it was going to be it was perfect for us .A 20 minute walk from the villa took you to the marina rubicon which was great for meals and drinks at the end of street was a supermarket everything was close only a 10 minute bus trip into playa blanca town perfect .Thankyou for letting us your villa definately visit again .

perfect for a relaxing break

The villa was perfect for me and my partner , we had a fantastic week and the villa had everything we needed , very clean , pool was fantastic and location was perfect for evening walk to the marina , fantastic neighbour who was very polite and helpfull when we needed him , would deffinatly stay there again and will be looking early next year to return for another stay

maison agréable et calme ,bien située. Des prestations à améliorer

Maison bien située et calme, proche de la mer, du paseo maritime et de la superette. Nous avons été accueillis par le voisin sympathique et serviable qui ne parle qu'italien ou espagnol (à noter !!!) La literie est à changer: le matelas à ressort de 140 a fait son temps, très inconfortable, et les autres lits sont un peu durs. Il serait nécessaire que le ménage soit prévu dans les prestations et imposé aux locataires : nous avons trouvé une cuisine très très sale et graisseuse(appareils ménagers, vaisselle et ustensiles, meubles) inutilisable en l'état. Les toilettes du rez de chaussée sales aussi. pour le reste c'était correct, les lits faits et le linge de maison en quantité suffisante. Il serait souhaitable que la piscine soit régulièrement entretenue, au moins tous les trois jours, car le fond de la piscine devient vite vert et les saletés s'accumulent au fond Une maison agréable mais des points à revoir en terme d'entretien

Alojamiento recomendable

Estuvimos del 14 al 24 de Julio en la casa de Javier, mi mujer, mi hijo y yo, y fue todo un acierto. La ubicación es muy buena si quieres conocer toda la isla y al mismo tiempo quieres disfrutar de la playa, ya que está cerquita de playa papagayo (playa natural). Por no decir que cuando vuelves de estar fuera todo el día, la piscina privada se agradece y mucho. La relación calidad precio un 10, y la atención de Javier perfecta. La casa está en una ubicación muy tranquila y cumplió a la perfección nuestras expectativas..

great villa in a fab location

Really loved staying at this villa. It's in a great little spot near a nice beach but only a short bus ride or 40 minute walk from playa blanca and an even better beach. But back to the villa, really clean and comfortable. One of the best villas we've stayed in in terms of equipment. Plenty of space. Plenty of sitting space and sunloungers too. Would book again!!

"Maison idéale pour passe...

"Maison idéale pour passer des vacances à playa blanca, sans être trop proches des zones touristiques. Calme, environnement agréable, facilité d''accès aux commerces, plages et parc des plages de papagayo, port à 5 minutes, location de véhicule souhaitée pour visiter l''île mais pas indispensable si on souhaite rester à playa blanca. Maison bien équipée, architecture soignée, 3 sdb, piscine privée très appréciable , peu de vis à vis, spacieuse, idéale pour 4 personnes, tout confort, l''essentiel y est. Correspond parfaitementvau descriptif de l''annonce. Très bon contact par mail avec le propriétaire, échanges cordiaux, voisins sympathiques et serviables. Bilan très positif, je conseille vivement cette location dans laquelle nous avons passé 15 jours. Panorama sur les volcans. Pas de circulation dans la rue, pas de nuisances sonores, cadre propice au repos et au farniente. N''ayez aucune hésitation, vous ne le regretterez pas!!."

"Estuvimos instalados en ...

"Estuvimos instalados en " casa adalid" propiedad de la cual salimos mi esposa , mi hijo y yo altamente satisfechos tanto por su tranquilo emplazamiento como por la villa en si misma, reune todas las condiciones necesarias para disfrutar de unas agradables vacaciones en la isla la quietud es predominante y si bien es recomendable el tener un vehiculo a tu disposicion los servicios de supermercado no quedan lejos y con un breve paseo puedes acceder al mismo y a la playa que esta muy cerca de la casa. Punto y aparte merece el comentario referente a su propietario ya que son digno de mencion las atenciones de todo tipo antes de ocupar la misma dando informacion certera y suficiente tanto de la ubicacion de la isla como de los detalles que puedas necesitar durante la estancia en la misma. Mencionar por ultimo la amabilidad de los vecinos italianos que tambien te facilitan cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar . En definitiva SI a la villa , SI al propietario y SI en la gestion de Homelidays, por todo ello las vacaciones resultaron estupendas y con ganas de volver."
