A villa with private pool, and garden with sun loungers in Chiclana de la Frontera. It offers parking for several cars and accommodation for up to a maximum of nine guests.



The property consists of a house and a bungalow with a total of three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has two single beds that can be pushed together to make a large double bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The last bedroom, in the bungalow, has a bunk bed and two single beds.



The house and the bungalow each have one bathroom, both with a bathtub.



There are two living rooms and a well equipped kitchen.



The villa has air conditioning and is set on a very large plot of about 1300 m2. It is located about 5 km from Playa la Barrosa and the town center of Chiclana, in a quiet rural area of Chiclana. (01/06/2026 - 01/10/2026).

It is located in a quiet environment, great to disconnect on days off. Just 5 km from the beach of La Barrosa, and with other great beaches in the area how the Playa del Puerco or Playa de Sancti Petri,

In Chiclana there are places of interest to visit, like the Hermitage of Santa Ana, Sancti Petri Marina, the Museum of Chiclana...etc. Beautiful white sandy beaches where you can enjoy water sports or plenty of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the gastronomy of the area.

At 22.8 km from Conil, 27.3 km from Cadiz or 80.3 km from Tarifa.

Nice stay

Zwembad was echt super. Mooi diep gedeelte en een wat ondieper gedeelte en qua grote was het goed. Hier en daar mag wat onderhoud rondom het zwembad best een keer gedaan worden. Huisje zelf was wel redelijk. Beetje ouderwets (smaken verschillen)

El único inconveniente es el gallinero del vecino, el fallo se pone como loco de madrugada y está pegado a la casa. Alguna mejora que podrían implementar: copas pra vino y cubatas, una paellera, un lavavajillas y cambiar algún colchón de la habitación aislada.

Casa amplia pero comodidad mejorable

Lo bueno: - la amplitud de los espacios - la piscina - el salon y los sofás - que haya 2 neveras - la barbacoa Lo malo: - los colchones son de muy mala calidad y no permiten un buen descanso. Tampoco el dormitorio principal tiene un colchon de matrimonio - las luces del jardin no estan disponibles - la piscina requiere un mantenimiento mas frecuente - algunas hamacas estan rotas - no hay extractor en la cocina - no hay lavavajillas en la cocina - el aire acondicionado de la casita del fondo no funciona - la tv se ve con rayas

REFORMA URGENTE!!!!

La casa es fantástica, pero el exterior regulín en limpieza, la piscina no estaba limpia, el agua estaba sucia, los exteriores con demasiadas telas de araña por todos lados. Al exterior le hace falta una reforma urgente y un buen mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado del bungalow no funciona, suerte que hemos pasado unos días fresquitos y no ha hecho falta ponerlo. Los de mantenimiento de la piscina vinieron estando nosotros allí, abrieron la puerta sin antes llamar, nos llevamos un buen susto, lo mínimo que tendrían que haber hecho sabiendo que estaba ocupada, era llamar a la puerta, duraron 5 minutos limpiando al piscina, por lo cual, la dejaron prácticamente igual que cuando llegamos....... Por lo demás, lo hemos pasado super bien.

Gracias por su comentario y hemos pasado sus observaciones al responsable para hacer mejoras. Dentro de la casa hay un cartel que contiene la información sobre el día y hora aproximada que viene el jardinero. Es importante tener en cuenta que este alojamiento NO está anunciado con aire acondicionado como servicio, aunque tenga el aparato el propietario ha decidido no incluirlo como servicio. Esperemos que disfrutasen de la estancia en Chiclana, saludos

Incluso mejor de lo esperado!

El chalet es estupendo. Es incluso más grande de lo que se aprecia en las fotos, está limpio y tiene todo lo que se puede necesitar.
