Located on the Carretera de la Barrosa, 3 km from the beach and just 400 meters from the Bay of Cádiz Natural Park, in a gated community with private access code and surveillance. Within the grounds of the complex there gardens, bar, parking, tennis court, playground, swimming pool and children's pool. Less than two minutes from a Mercadona and Lidl. Wifi. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and common areas.

GROUND FLOOR: Entrance hall, spacious living room bright with kitchenette and bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR: Three double bedrooms (one double bed and four single with extra bed) and bathroom with tub.

PATIOS: Large front yard with porch. Very private. Backyard with direct access to the pools.

A 3 Km. From Chiclana and 3 Km. From the beaches of La Barrosa and Sancti-Petri. A few meters from the Bay of Cádiz Natural Park.

Winter in spain is like spring in the Netherlands

It's house is a typical Spanish house in an enclosed area. But we had wonderful weather (for Dutch standards, beautiful weather), the environment is beautiful.

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und für uns perfekt ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zu Antonio war problemlos und sehr freundlich. Die gesamte Anlage mit dem Pool war sehr schön und hatte auch eine Bar. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gab es Alles für den täglichen Bedarf. zwei Supermärkte waren fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso eine Dulceria und einige Tapas Bars. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder.

La casa es como se describe en el anuncio. Hemos disfrutado mucho. La Urbanización es una maravilla y la ubicación estupenda para moverse por toda la costa. Los anfitriones disponibles y pendientes de cualquier duda en todo momento. Gracias Antonio y Paz.

El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos. Bien equipado, con todo lo que puedes necesitar para estar como en tu casa. Tiene 2 terrazas una de ellas con barbacoa. Tiene aire acondicionado en todas las estancias, parking en la puerta de la vivienda. Wifi. La urbanización es una maravilla y las piscinas también. Hemos estado muy a gusto. Sin duda repetiría.

Todo correcto

Alojamiento cómodo en urbanización con piscina e incluso chiringuito muy util para alguna comida o cena. Por poner alguna pega las almohadas de las camas eran un poco incómodas y nos pidieron una fianza en efectivo sin avisar. Recomendable para la zona que es, relativamente cerca de La Barrosa en coche

Estimado Daniel. Muchas gracias por tu comentario. Nunca hemos tenido quejas de las almohadas, sino todo lo contrario. Los inquilinos nos suelen decir que raramente han dormido mejor. No obstante, si nos lo hubieses dicho, el primer día las habríamos cambiado. Es una pena no haber tenido la oportunidad de solucionar ese contratiempo. Por otra parte, el cobro de una fianza es una práctica habitual en alquiler vacacional y normalmente, los inquilinos acostumbrados a viajar, lo encuentran normal. esta práctica es especialmente necesaria en un alojamiento tan equipado como el nuestro. No es lo normal, pero en alguna ocasión algún inquilino ha sucumbido a la tentación de llevarse de recuerdo una batidora o un juego de cuchillos de cocina. Celebro que hayáis pasado una buena estancia y te agradezco mucho el resto de comentarios positivos.
