Wonderful stay

The location is so peaceful and the villa very spacious. The service from the agent was excellent. A couple of quick fixes requires such as a loose shower head bracket and the socket in the bathroom. There is a smell of damp in the master bedroom wardrobe.

Fabulous week in stunning location

Beautiful Fina with stunning views and quiet location yet just a 5 min drive to the beach ( it was too hot to walk) and to Puerto Pollensa where there are many good restaurants to choose from. We definately recommend and hope to return. Pool - chlorine swimsuit went a bit greenish

Great house, awful management

The house is really nice however the management of the property is awful. They leave a ‘welcome pack’ which includes 2 satchets of (in their words) 0.2g of pepper and salt. The house is baron - so to cook you need to spend a small fortune on all the essentials. For a house of this price I would expect some basic essentials to make the stay comfortable and to feel welcome. They sent a few emails suggesting we check in online beforehand as it would ‘make for a smoother check in process’ we didn’t get round to doing it and when we arrived at the airport we were told very rudely on the phone that it was mandatory and they needed every guest to check in with the passport and home addresses otherwise they wouldn’t give us the details on how to get to the house. Charming as 2 of the guests were on the flight behind so we had to wait at the airport until they landed (2 hours later) before we could enter their details and the house I formation was released to us. Appalling customer service. The pool guy came to clean the pool at 8am on our last day meaning we couldn’t enjoy a last morning swim before checking out at 10am. Essentially meaning our holiday needed then rather than the (already early) checkout time of 19am. Check in is 5pm as well and they are completely unaccomadating jn those times being flexible at all. Also in the ‘welcome pack’ is 2 dishwasher tablets and 2 bin bags. Yet you’re expected to keep the house clean and tidy so yes that means they expect you to buy cleaning

We send to the clients an email advising of the things that are included at the free welcome pack that we provide at the villas and we offer to the clients different sort of welcome packs with extra costs if you wish. 3 weeks before the arrival day we request the check in online to be done, we send you reminders the 05/07, 12/07, 17/07, 20/07, 22/07, 23/07, 24/07, 25/07, 26/07, as you may see this was requested a lot of times and the day of your arrival you were hurry to have all the travel documents without done them. This information is compulsary and the travel documents can not be send until this is done. For sure if this information is done before you would have the travel documents 14-7 days before your arrival day. Best Regards Sealand Villas
