Entre Pollensa et Puerto Pollensa, au cƓur de la vallĂ©e, se trouve cette confortable villa de luxe. Elle offre toute lÂŽintimitĂ© et la tranquillitĂ© dont vous avez besoin. La villa a Ă©tĂ© extrĂȘmement bien dĂ©corĂ©e et meublĂ©e par Miquel, le propriĂ©taire, qui est Ă©galement artiste. Vous trouverez de nombreuses peintures et sculptures de sa collection privĂ©e. De magnifiques portes-fenĂȘtres mĂšnent sur une terrasse et un fabuleux jardin avec piscine et coin barbecue. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, moderne, avec du marbre, des plaques Ă©lectriques, 1 four Ă©lectrique, 1 grill, 1 micro-onde, 1 lave-vaisselle, 1 frigo/freezer et un coin petit-dĂ©jeuner. Le grand coin salle Ă  manger se trouve sur une partie surĂ©levĂ©e surplombant le coin salon. Dans le salon, vous trouverez une chaĂźne Hi-fi, la tĂ©lĂ©vision par satellite, un magnĂ©toscope et l’accĂšs Ă  Internet. The home was lovely, spacious and unique. Our host was very gracious. The location was a short walk to the town centre.The appliances were a bit tired, and caused a few challenges, but overall, a lovely experience.

GrundsĂ€tzlich eine schöne Finca mit kleinen EinschrĂ€nkungen. Toller, großer Pool, gepflegte und großzĂŒgige Außenanlage mit liebevollen Details. Angrenzend eine schöne ĂŒberdachte Terrasse mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Drinnen große KĂŒche und Wohnbereich auf versetzen Ebenen.Nachteilig sind jedoch die etwas kleinen Schlafzimmer, wenn man nicht als Familie sondern als 3 Paare anreist. Auch das kleinere Bad fĂŒr 4 Personen passt dann nicht so gut und sollte mal demnĂ€chst modernisiert werden. Das große "Master"-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und direktem Zugang auf die Terrasse ist dagegen super.Leider waren bei unserer Ankunft manche GlĂ€ser und Teller schmutzig. Das liegt aber wohl eher an den Vormietern als an den Vermietern.Unkomplizierte und sehr nette Abwicklung mit Miquel, nettes "BegrĂŒĂŸungspaket".Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Das Haus hat einen sehr schönen Pool und wird sogar einmal die Woche gereinigt. Leider ist die KĂŒchenausstattung nicht sehr ansprechend. Die ElektrogerĂ€te (Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und auch der Ofen) sind sehr alt und sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Die Betten bzw. die Matratzen ebenfalls. Ein Willkommensgruß im KĂŒhlschrank versĂŒĂŸt die Anreise, allerdings wĂ€re es schön, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl als Grundlage vor Ort zu haben.

Perfect for families – especially ones with escape-artist toddlers and sun-averse babies!This villa was an absolute gem for our little family holiday. We’ve got a 2-and-a-half-year-old with a flair for danger and an 8-month-old who thinks the sun is out to get her – and this place had us covered. Literally.Everything’s on one floor, so no dramatic tumbles down tile-covered stairs (which, let’s be honest, look lovely but scream “A&E visit” with a toddler). The covered terrace was ideal – loads of shade for the baby, and we could sit with a coffee (or wine) and keep an eye on our small human as she plotted her next escape from the poolside.The kitchen’s got pretty much everything you’d need unless you’re auditioning for MasterChef Mallorca. Beds were comfy, and the air con worked like a dream – which, if you’ve ever tried to get a baby to nap in 30-degree heat, you’ll know is absolutely critical.Would 100% come back. The villa helped us feel relaxed – or at least as relaxed as you can be when someone’s always holding a banana they found on the floor.

A perfect week's getaway

Fantastic property well located within walking distance of Pollensa and local supermarkets, and an ideal cycling base. Whilst not having an interest in art ourselves, the work around the walls and spaces was stunning and added a lot of interest to an already wonderful home. We had a very comfortable stay and appreciated the excellent outdoor area with BBQ and pool. Maria was nearby for any queries and we genuinely hope to return next year.

We came with our two grown up sons and had the most amazing time in this really beautiful, brilliantly located home. It was immaculate and the host could not have been more helpful. Thank you for the most wonderful, happy holiday. The pool and table tennis kept my sons fully occupied and it was just a short easy walk into Pollenca town and a very short drive to the beach. Tolles Ferienhaus mit Pool

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus. Allerdings stark abgelebt, daher, Villa wĂŒrden wir es nicht mehr nennen. Die KĂŒche ist enorm gross, toll angelegt, aber auch da das Zubehör stark veraltet, kaum ein Messer gefunden, das vernĂŒnftig schneidet. Allerdings einfach super Top die freundlichen und herzlichen Besitzer. Der Foodkorb, ganz wunderbar.

Wedding in Mallorca

We had an amazing stay at Villa Norai and loved our 10 days there. The Villa is perfect for family and friends and has a brilliant outside space and fabulous pool - a big favourite for us. A great location , easy to find , near shops within walking distance and the Port itself. The villa was spotlessly clean and gardens and nothing broken . We came to celebrate a family wedding nearby and it was all fabulous. Plenty of car parking available and Villa cleaned twice during our stay . The owners are readily available to help . 10/10 for us . Thank you so much

A wonderful month

We stayed at Villa Norai for four wonderful weeks. The Villa is lovely, the gardens beautiful and the pool amazing. The owners were friendly and helpful - and helped make this a fantastic experience. The villa is positioned so conveniently for walking into Pollensa old town and on the road directly to Port de Pollensa. We were able to do some remote working as well as holidaying - no problems with the quality of the WiFi. The kitchen and facilities were great. The whole family enjoyed our time. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back (in fact we didn’t want to leave). Highly recommend staying here.

Our own stunning art gallery!

Wow, we simply loved every minute of our stay. The villa is stunning and every where you turn there is more incredible artwork/ sculptures. The photos do not do it justice. The kitchen was well equipped for six adults. We loved having all our meals out on the terrace over looking the pool. It was such a comfortable stay and none of us wanted to come home. Great location so easy to walk into Pollensa and easy to get the buses to the beaches and Palma. Would love to come and back again. Thank you for the most memorable 50th birthday celebration.

Villa Norai

We loved everything about it! The property is beautiful. We found it worth studying the abundant artwork, including the many outdoor sculptures. Objects and paintings are thoughtfully placed, beautiful, and intriguing. The garden is lovely. The house, pool, and outdoor living space were clean and well-maintained. The outdoor living space was a great place to eat our meals when we cooked at the villa. It got cold-ish at nights while we were there, and we were glad for the heating. The house is very well situated, you can easily walk to the center of Pollença and drive to any place else. We walked to Port Pollença and the beach (about 5 km each way). The hosts were friendly and gave us helpful info on activities in town, places to buy groceries (very close to the villa), and places to bike and hike. Overall, we loved our stay.

Fabulous villa is

Villa is superb. Situated just outside Pollensa but within walking distance. Supermarket is less than 10 minutes walk on the other direction. The grounds are beautiful, the villa is spacious and comfortably accommodated us (family of 6). The communication was excellent and meet and greet was a lovely touch. Very happy to recommend this to anyone.

Nice house and close to town. Great pool area. One negative - Twin beds in one bedroom need replacing or repairing. Nothing to do with the house at all but don’t forget to take mosquito repellent, it’s essential !

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Villa entspricht genau der Beschreibung, gepflegt, wunderschön, gute Lage, allerdings sind die Betten nicht fĂŒr Personen ĂŒber 190 cm und 110 kg geeignet. Zwei LebensmittelmĂ€rkte sind in 10 Minuten fusslĂ€ufig erreichbar, die Innenstadt in ca. 15 Minuten. Bus fast vor der HaustĂŒr.

Amazing villa in perfect location

Lovely traditional property on the outskirts of Pollensa - beautifully kept with lots of original artwork to admire. The garden and pool area were fabulous to relax in and with a couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance we had a fabulous week.

Lovely villa

This villa is really lovely. The pool area is amazing. The villa is really spacious and well cared for. Really nice that the villa was cleaned during our stay and the pool was cleaned too. Easy to enjoy the sun but lots of shade too. We really enjoyed using the outside cooking area and ate every meal outside too. Easy to walk into Pollenca which is so pretty. Lovely restaurant over the road from villa too. Would love to stay here again.

Miquel Cerdà Salas (1949, Pollença) is a complete artist. He was a cultural agitator, he opted for contemporary art when nobody believed it and made it his own gallery in 1972. Then, there were only 4 Cats and Pelaires Art Gallery in Palma. He promoted to form young artists: Amador, Sussy Gómez, Biel March, Tofol Sastre ... Later he edited the graphic work of Jaume Plensa, José Morea, Fernando Martínez, Amador, Carmen Bereguer, Gerard Matas. For the gallery, other renowned artists also visited: Luis Castillo, Martín Royo, Sabala ... He left an indelible mark in his native town. The Pollença Museum pays tribute to it, which examines the artistic career.

CLOSE TO THE VILLAGE: The villa is very close to the village but at the same time we are outside in a very calm place.
The villa is only 15 minutes far by walk from the center of the village wheere you can find restaurants, bars, museums, market on sundays.

CLOSE TO THE SUPERMARKETS: The villa is 10 minutes far by walk from the 2 big supermarkets(Lidl and Erosky) we have outside the village, you can go by walk in a very safe path.

The villa is designed, decorated and furnished to the highest standards by its artist owner, Miquel CerdĂ  (www.cerdasalas.com), the villa contains paintings and sculptures from his private collection and art gallery.

Amazing iron tables, sculptures and paintings from the owner. The owner is a renowned painter and sculptor and inside the villa you can see many of his works share it with other works of others artists.
